👤Head of Traffic (Mediabuying), office-based, full-time, Limassol, Wisebits, ready to relocate to Cyprus

You’ll be responsible for:
🔸Building & managing media buying teams ( Google, Facebook, Growth) ;
🔸Reporting and insights of all digital revenue;
🔸Developing and managing affiliate revenue, performance forecasts and build acquisition plans for all countries;
🔸Developing best practice marketing strategies that consistently improve reach, efficiency and conversions based on campaign goals;
🔸Launching and scaling of new acquisition channels;
🔸A/B Testing of all aspects of acquisition strategies;
🔸Ensuing effective use of audience data, making sure performance campaigns are targeted to the highest value audiences

Our expectations:
🔸Proven performance-based media buying experience in apps;
🔸Proven experience managing media buying teams;
🔸Experience in the media buying of web-platforms;
🔸Proven record in driving positive ROI focused campaigns and managing large;
🔸Experience in analytics and tracking platforms, such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Google Campaign manager
