🔸We are looking for a Digital Marketer who will drive traffic, improve conversions, and grow our online presence through smart digital campaigns and strategies.

Responsibilities:
🔸Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and user engagement.
🔸Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
🔸Plan and execute SEO and content marketing initiatives to improve search visibility.
🔸Run and optimize email and CRM campaigns for retention and upsell.
🔸Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
🔸Collaborate with product and design teams to align marketing initiatives with website improvements.
🔸Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements:
🔸5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
🔸Hands-on experience with performance marketing (PPC, paid social, display).
🔸Strong knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Yandex.Metrica, etc.).
🔸Experience with CRM/email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
🔸Ability to work with budgets, optimize ROI, and reduce CAC.
🔸Strong analytical and communication skills.

🔸We're now looking for a SEO Team Lead with healthy work ethics and passion for Digital Marketing to reinforce the Acquisition team of our Marketing Department.

🔸Lead, mentor, and manage acquisition team of 3-5 people.
🔸Participate in development and control implementation of SEO strategy.
🔸Analyze performance and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.

🔸Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.
🔸Control budgets efficiently ensuring cost-effective performance.
