Brazil to Pass a Law That Might “End Freedom of Speech”
The PL 2630/2020 bill, which was labeled as “attack on democracy” by Telegram, grants the Brazilian government rights to censor content on the Internet without taking court decisions into account. This is considered one of the most dangerous decisions against human rights in Brazil’s history.

Telegram urges Brazilians to contact their congressmen and tell them "Brazilians deserve a free internet and a free future."
If the bill passes, platforms like Telegram might have to stop serving Brazil.
