EU4Innovation East is investing €800,000 for startup incubation programs in Armenia

In the scope fo the program €800K will be allocated to incubation programs in the fields of:
• Cybersecurity
• Aerospace
• Agriculture
• FinTech
Up to €200K per program will support incubators that help early-stage startups move from idea to market-ready companies over 24 months, with mentorship, technical guidance, EU partnerships, and post-incubation pathways to acceleration and investment.
A real opportunity for ecosystem builders ready to run serious incubation programs and shape the next startup pipeline in Armenia.
The deadline for Concept Note submission is March 23, 2026.

On June 19, during VivaTech 2026 in Paris, three Armenian startups - Denovo Sciences, MedPair and TACTUN - will take the stage at the EU4Innovation East Pitch Contest. This is a pitching session organized by the EU4Innovation East.
The Armenian startups will pitch alongside six startups from Moldova 🇲🇩 and Ukraine 🇺🇦. The pitch contest reflects the growing opportunities of the Eastern Partnership startup ecosystems, increasingly recognized among Europe’s fastest-evolving innovation hubs, with Armenia continuing to strengthen its position in AI and deep-tech innovation.
