CQ Ampega Social Fund Opens 2025 Application Round
CQ Ampega Asset Management Armenia is collecting applications for its CQ Ampega Social Fund (CQSF), a social impact investment fund supporting businesses that address social and environmental challenges in Armenia.
This is for early-stage companies with growth potential and measurable impact.
Who is NOT eligible:
• Idea-stage teams that have not yet started operations and/or do not have a product
• Organizations without legal registration
• Applicants seeking non-repayable funding, grants, or donations
Impact focus areas include: Affordable education; Accessible healthcare; Regional and local economic development; Socially impactful technologies; Environmental protection & clean water; Renewable energy; Inclusion of women and vulnerable groups; Sustainable and circular manufacturing.
Investment instruments:
• Equity: EUR 30K–50K (common equity or SAFE)
• Debt: EUR 10K–30K (low-interest loans, 1–3 years)
Typical initial private equity investment is around $50K, with flexibility depending on the opportunity. There are no fixed valuation constraints upfront. Valuation is assessed during due diligence based on stage, traction, and impact.
