Last year, Armenia hosted its first-ever AWS Community Day, the only one in the entire region. Now it’s back. Still the only one in the region.

This Saturday, May 24, AWS Community Day Armenia 2025 is happening at AUA, organized by the awesome folks at AWS User Group Armenia.

Here’s what’s going down:

✅Jeff Barr, VP and Chief Evangelist of AWS, is coming to Armenia for the very first time.
✅Anton Babenko, a global Terraform legend, will be on stage sharing his knowledge.
✅There’ll be deep-dive workshops led by local and international experts.
✅FREE AWS Certification exam voucher (Foundational or Associate level).
✅Bonus perk: after every session, gifts and swag (they promised it’s going to be good)

It’s free. It’s community-led. It’s packed with smart people doing smart things.

👉 Your laptop is necessary if you want to join workshops.

🗓 Date: Saturday, May 24

Quantum in the Cloud? It’s Happening.

The team that brought AWS Community Day to Armenia (twice!) is back with another solid meetup, this time, it's all about quantum computing.

On July 28, AWS User Group Armenia will host Hrant Gharibyan, PhD, Co-founder & CEO of BlueQubit, a quantum + AI startup recently backed with $10M in funding.

With a PhD from Stanford and experience at Google Quantum AI and Caltech, Hrant will break down where quantum tech really stands today, what’s real, what’s hype, and how cloud platforms like AWS Braket are opening access.

📍 ISTC Foundation, Yerevan
📅 July 28, 18:45
🎟 Free, but registration is required → https://shorturl.at/JJSPZ
