Google’s Largest Acquisition: $32B Wiz Deal

Google is buying cloud security startup Wiz for $32 billion in an all-cash deal. Wiz will remain an independent platform working across all cloud providers.

Notably, Index Ventures - where Nina Achadjian is a partner - was among Wiz’s early supporters.

The deal still requires regulatory approval and is expected to close in 2026.
