Watch as video footage captures the moment a Russian drone struck the destroyed Chernobyl nuclear power plant near Ukraine’s border with Belarus. A Russian attack drone carrying a high-explosive warhead hit the protective shelter over the plant’s destroyed 4th power unit, damaging the concrete structure. President Zelensky stated that the fire was extinguished and assured that radiation levels have not increased, with continuous monitoring in place. The last time large-scale problems were recorded was in July.
Users in several European and Asian countries, as well as in the U.S. and Canada, have encountered disruptions in the operation of the #Starlink satellite communication system, according to data from the Downdetector service.
