برزو رضایی، شهروند اهل کرمانشاه که در ارتباط با اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ بازداشت شده، در زندان تهران بزرگ با حکم اعدام روبه‌روست؛ در حالی که اطلاعات منتشرشده درباره پرونده او، جزئیاتی از مستندات اتهام و چگونگی دفاع او در دادگاه ارائه نمی‌کند.
به گزارش هرانا، شعبه ۲۳ دادگاه انقلاب تهران با طرح اتهام «همکاری با دول متخاصم» برای رضایی حکم اعدام صادر کرده و این رأی به‌تازگی به وکیل او ابلاغ شده است. جلسه محاکمه حدود دو ماه پیش برگزار شده بود.
سازمان حقوق بشری هه‌نگاو نیز از شکنجه رضایی در دوران بازداشت، پیش از انتقال به زندان تهران بزرگ، خبر داده است. بر اساس گزارش این سازمان، مسئولان زندان حکم اعدام را به خود او نیز اعلام کرده‌اند.
