ادیب شهبازپور، شهروند بهائی ۳۰ ساله و مربی تنیس ساکن کرمان، روز دوشنبه ۲۹ دی‌ ماه ۱۴۰۴ توسط ماموران امنیتی بازداشت و به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شد.

بر اساس اطلاعات موجود، ماموران ابتدا به منزل پدری اش مراجعه و او را بازداشت کرده و سپس به همراه او خانه شخصی او رفته‌ اند. این بازداشت بدون ارائه حکم قضایی و بدون توضیح درباره اتهامات انجام شده است. تا زمان انتشار این گزارش، خانواده ادیب شهبازپور از محل نگهداری، وضعیت جسمی و حقوقی و اتهامات احتمالی او بی‌ اطلاع هستند. همچنین طی روزهای اخیر و همزمان با اعتراضات سراسری دی‌ ماه ۱۴۰۴، گزارش‌هایی از بازداشت شماری از شهروندان بهائی در شهرهای مشهد، کرمان و تهران منتشر شده است.

Adib Shahbazpour, a 30-year-old Baha’i citizen and tennis coach residing in Kerman, was arrested by security forces on January 19, 2026.

According to available information, security agents initially went to his family home and detained him, before accompanying him to his personal residence.

The arrest was carried out without the presentation of a judicial warrant and without any explanation of the charges against him.

Shahbazpour’s family currently has no information regarding his whereabouts, physical condition, or any potential charges. Amid the nationwide protests in January 2026, reports have also emerged of the arrest of several Baha’i citizens in Mashhad, Kerman, and Tehran.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Majid Asgharnejad, a 31-year-old resident of Amol, was wounded by gunfire on either January 8 or 9, 2026, and was hospitalized.

یک شاهد عینی از تجمع اعتراضی شامگاه ۱۸ دی‌ماه در چهارراه پارک‌وی تهران روایت می‌کند که نیروهای سرکوب از بالای ساختمان‌های اطراف به سوی مردم شلیک می‌کردند و فضای خیابان به‌شدت رعب‌آور بوده است. به گفته او، حتی پیش از آغاز رسمی تجمع، بازداشت‌های خشونت‌آمیز توسط افراد مسلح و لباس‌شخصی انجام می‌شد و معترضان به‌صورت گروهی مورد هدف حمله ماموران و تهدید با سلاح و انتقال به خودروهای شخصی قرار می‌گرفتند.

بر اساس گزارش دریافتی از زندان اصفهان، به دنبال موج گسترده بازداشت‌ها، ظرفیت این زندان به‌طور کامل پر شده و امکان نگهداری زندانیان جدید وجود ندارد. این منبع مطلع که پس از دو هفته موفق به تماس شده، گفته است که روزانه افراد زیادی با شکستگی اندام و جراحات شدید به زندان منتقل می‌شدند، اما رسیدگی پزشکی مؤثری به آن‌ها صورت نمی‌گرفت و حتی در موارد وخیم، داروی مسکن نیز در اختیار مجروحان قرار داده نمی‌شد.

According to a report received by IHRDC, following a wave of mass arrests, Isfahan Prison has reached full capacity and is no longer able to hold new detainees. The source, who was able to make contact after two weeks, said that many detainees with broken limbs and severe injuries were brought to the prison on a daily basis, yet no effective medical care was provided. Even in critical cases, painkillers were reportedly withheld from the injured.

According to the same source, detainees who died were quickly removed from the prison and recorded among those killed in the streets. Detainees have also been denied the right to make phone calls.

وی پیش از ترخیص، مدتی در کما بوده است. این منبع می‌گوید که پس از چندین روز بی‌خبری، اشکان طالبی بالاخیابانی شب گذشته در تماس تلفنی کوتاه از محل بازداشت خود، به خانواده اعلام کرده که به او گفته‌اند حکم اعدام اش صادر شده و این تماس به‌ عنوان تماس خداحافظی تو با خانواده ات است.

According to information received from a source close to the family, Ashkan Talebi Balakhiabani, a 22-year-old citizen, was arrested by security forces in Mashhad. The source said he was detained at his home approximately three days after being discharged from the hospital and returning home. According to information received by the IHRDC, Shervin Bagheryan Jabali, a 17-year-old from Isfahan, is currently being held at Dastgerd Prison, where his case remains in the interrogation and preliminary investigation phase. Sources close to his family report that Shervin has not had access to a lawyer, raising serious concerns about the denial of his right to a fair trial. Reports indicate that on the night of January 8, 2026, he was outside with friends and was merely present at the scene where a security officer was killed, but played no role in the incident.
Despite this, security agents reportedly forced Shervin to appear on a state television program titled “Shock” on Channel 3 of Iran’s state broadcaster, where—according to the source—he was coerced into a forced confession regarding the killing of a government agent. During the same broadcast, he was told he was a “mohareb” (accused of moharebeh, the Islamic offense of “waging war against God”) and that the punishment was execution. In recent days, security forces have also repeatedly raided and searched his family home. Shervin’s young age and the risk of a severe sentence have heightened concerns about violations of children’s rights and the use of forced confessions in this case.

بر اساس اطلاعات دریافتی توسط مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، شروین باقریان جبلی، نوجوان ۱۷ ساله اهل اصفهان، در حال حاضر در زندان دستگرد اصفهان نگهداری می‌شود و پرونده او همچنان در مرحله بازپرسی و بازجویی قرار دارد. به گفته منابع نزدیک به خانواده، شروین تاکنون به وکیل دسترسی نداشته و نزدیکان او نگران محرومیتش از حق دادرسی عادلانه هستند. گزارش‌ها حاکی است که او در شب ۱۸ دی به همراه دوستانش در بیرون از منزل بوده و صرفا در محل کشته‌شدن یک مامور امنیتی حضور داشته، اما نقشی در این واقعه نداشته است.

Update — According to new information provided to the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center (IHRDC) by the relatives of Borna Dehghani, the 17-year-old teenager was shot in the Tehranpars neighborhood of Tehran and then was taken to a clinic by one of his friends. His parents and sister were also present at the clinic. According to the report, however, the attending physician refused to provide any urgent medical care, and Borna received no treatment—ultimately resulting in his death in the arms of his family.

After his death, Borna’s body was forcibly taken from the family and returned to them several days later for the funeral. The family was informed that only immediate family members would be allowed to attend the ceremony. His body was buried in the Bahá’í cemetery under the presence of security forces.

Under Iranian law and medical ethics, physicians are legally obligated to provide immediate life-saving care in emergency situations or to arrange prompt transfer to a properly equipped medical facility. Failure to provide such care may constitute a serious professional violation and, in certain circumstances, a criminal act resulting in death. From the perspective of international law, denying an individual access to essential medical care constitutes a clear violation of the right to life.

تکمیلی — بر اساس اطلاعات تازه‌ای که از طریق بستگان برنا دهقانی در اختیار مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران قرار گرفته است، این نوجوان ۱۷ ساله پس از اصابت گلوله در منطقه تهرانپارس تهران در تاریخ ۱۹ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴، توسط یکی از دوستانش به یک درمانگاه منتقل شد. والدین و خواهر او نیز در درمانگاه حضور داشتند. اما طبق این گزارش‌، پزشک از انجام اقدامات فوری پزشکی خودداری کرده و برنا تحت درمان قرار نگرفت؛ موضوعی که در نهایت به جان‌باختن او در آغوش خانواده‌اش انجامید.

پس از مرگ، پیکر برنا به‌زور از خانواده تحویل گرفته شد و چند روز بعد برای تشییع به آنان بازگردانده شد. به خانواده اعلام شده بود که تنها اعضای درجه‌یک اجازه حضور در مراسم را دارند. پیکر او در آرامستان بهاییان و با حضور نیروهای امنیتی به خاک سپرده شد.

بر اساس قوانین ایران و اصول پزشکی، پزشکان موظف‌اند در شرایط اورژانسی بدون تأخیر، اقدامات لازم برای نجات جان بیمار را انجام دهند یا او را به مرکز مجهزتر منتقل کنند. خودداری از درمان در این شرایط می‌تواند تخلف حرفه‌ای جدی و حتی جرم منجر به مرگ باشد. همچنین از منظر حقوق بین‌الملل، محروم کردن فرد از مراقبت پزشکی حیاتی، نقض آشکار حق حیات محسوب می‌شود.
