Hadi Havaei was a 40-year-old machinist and father of two children, aged 11 and 6. According to information received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, he died after being shot in the abdomen in Malek Shahr, Isfahan, on the evening of January 9. In his final moments, he reportedly urged others to help two wounded people beside him first.
