بر اساس گزارش دریافتی توسط مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، محمدرضا حسینایی، شهروند ۲۹ ساله ساکن کرمان، در تاریخ ۲۴ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در پی یورش حدود ۳۰ نفر مأمور مسلح به منزل محل سکونتش در این شهر بازداشت شد. مطابق این گزارش، مأموران بدون ارائه حکم قضایی وارد منزل شده و با ایجاد فضای ارعاب، اعضای خانواده را تهدید کردهاند. در جریان این عملیات، مادربزرگ ۸۵ ساله وی نیز با رفتار تهدیدآمیز و آزار مواجه شده است. همچنین گفته میشود مأموران هنگام بازداشت با اعمال خشونت فیزیکی، او را مورد ضرب و شتم قرار دادهاند.
آقای حسینایی پس از بازداشت با اتهاماتی از جمله مشارکت در «اغتشاشات» ۱۸ و ۱۹ دیماه، ارتباط با آتشسوزی در شهرک باهنر، نگهداری اقلامی مانند بنزین، تینر و گونی کنفی، فعالیت در فضای مجازی به عنوان ادمین یک گروه و نیز طرح ادعای شهادت ۲۶ نفر علیه وی در پرونده روبرو گشته است.

It has also been reported that government forces conditioned the release of his body to the family on either paying one billion toumans (Approximately $9,500 USD) or signing a statement declaring that he had been a member of the Basij. Unable to pay the demanded sum, the family was compelled to provide the declaration in order to receive the body.
Due to restrictions on access to information and the prevailing security conditions imposed on the families of killed citizens, independent verification of all details of these reports is currently not possible.

بهگفته منابع مطلع، آقای شجاعی پس از حدود ۱۰ روز درمان بهبود نسبی یافته و قرار بوده از بیمارستان مرخص شود؛ با این حال، وی بهطور ناگهانی پس از مصرف دارو دچار وخامت شدید حال شده و جان خود را از دست میدهد.
همچنین گزارش شده است که نیروهای دولتی برای تحویل پیکر وی به خانوادهاش شرط گذاشتهاند که یا مبلغ یک میلیارد تومان پرداخت شود یا خانواده تعهد دهند که وی «بسیجی» بوده است. خانواده آقای شجاعی، بهدلیل ناتوانی در پرداخت مبلغ درخواستی، ناچار به ارائه تعهد برای تحویل پیکر شدهاند.

Authorities in Minab, located in Hormozgan Province in southern Iran, have reported that the death toll from yesterday’s incident at a girls’ school in the city has risen to 148, with more than 95 others injured. According to local officials, the majority of those killed were students.

Over the past two days, reports have emerged of strikes on security facilities, police stations, prisons, and detention centers across several Iranian cities. While coverage has focused on the military aspects, serious concerns remain about the safety of prisoners and detainees who may have been held in these locations.
If detainees from recent protests or political prisoners were being held in these police stations or detention facilities, their lives and safety could be at serious risk. So far, no clear information has been released regarding any transfers of detainees or their condition following the reported strikes.

بر اساس گزارشی که به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران رسیده است، علی صالحپور، شهروند ۱۹ ساله و ساکن فولادشهر استان اصفهان، روز ۱۸ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در نزدیکی ساختمان دادگستری این شهر هدف اصابت گلوله جنگی قرار گرفت و جان خود را از دست داد.
طبق این گزارش، گلوله به ناحیه ران پای این شهروند اصابت کرده بود؛ با این حال، مأموران حاضر در محل با جلوگیری از امدادرسانی فوری، مانع انتقال وی برای درمان شدند و او را در وضعیت بحرانی نگه داشتند تا جان باخت.
پیکر این جانباخته پس از حدود یک هفته به خانوادهاش تحویل داده شد و بنا بر گزارشها، مراسم خاکسپاری وی تحت فشار و محدودیتهای امنیتی انجام گرفته است.
به دلیل محدودیتهای دسترسی به اطلاعات و شرایط امنیتی اعمال شده بر خانوادههای شهروندان کشته شده، تأیید مستقل تمام جزئیات این گزارشها در حال حاضر امکانپذیر نیست.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Ali Salehpour, a 19-year-old resident of Fuladshahr in Isfahan Province, was struck by live ammunition near the city’s courthouse on January 8, 2026, and lost his life.
The report states that the bullet struck his thigh; however, security forces present at the scene prevented immediate medical assistance and blocked his transfer for treatment, leaving him in critical condition until he died.
His body was returned to his family after approximately one week, and, according to reports, his burial took place under security pressure and restrictions.
Due to restrictions on access to information and the prevailing security conditions imposed on the families of killed citizens, independent verification of all details of these reports is currently not possible.
