In the early hours of Tuesday, January 28, security forces in Delgan, a district of Sistan and Baluchestan province, shot and killed a citizen named Abul (Abul-qasem) Bamari.
According to HAALVSH, security forces opened fire at the car of Abul Bamari and his companion without prior warning. After wounding and arresting him, they allegedly shot him repeatedly at close range while he was still alive. HAALVSH has discribed this act as a "field execution and extrajudicial killing."
