Parham Parvari’s imprisonment and exile sentence has been upheld by Branch 9 of the Tehran Province Court of Appeals. Mr. Parvari was arrested on October 4, 2022. On January 4, 2023, he was transferred from ward 209 of Evin prison to Fashafoyeh prison. He was transferred to ward 6 of Evin prison on April 9, 2023. Mr. Parvari was sentenced to 10 years of exile to Jask prison in Hormozgan Province and five years’ imprisonment by Branch 28 of Tehran Revolutionary Court. with Judge Amouzadeh presenting, on May 28, 2023.
