Saeid Mohammadi Doraki, a businessman from Isfahan, has been held in Evin Prison in a state of legal limbo since his arrest on April 21, 2024. Mr. Doraki was detained by security forces at Imam Khomeini International Airport upon his return to Iran in April of last year.

According to HRANA, quoting an informed source, Mr. Doraki has been held in pre-trial detention for nearly a year without any court proceedings. During this time, no trial has been held, and judicial authorities have not provided any clarification regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against him.
