As Tehran and Washington move toward a memorandum to end the war and reopen the Strait of Hormuz, messages from inside Iran show anger that the deal addresses uranium, Lebanon and money, but not the lives lost under the Islamic Republic.

The official terms of the U.S. Memorandum of Understanding are outโand itโs worse than anticipated. The official signing ceremony isnโt until Friday, but the agreement was already signed digitally last night during a dinner at the Palace of Versailles. Anyone familiar with the palaceโs history knows this makes the MOU the second great surrender signed at Versailles. Except this time, the U.S. is the one capitulating.
Find out why itโs worse than we thought, also the Israeli public sours on Trump, and more.

Netanyahu at the inauguration of Route 60 โ โThe Bible Wayโ:
โWe face additional challenges โ these require composure, steadfast defense of our security interests, and at the same time, preserving the important relationship with our American friends.โ
โWe will restore security to the north โ this requires maintaining the security zone in southern Lebanon; we must not withdraw from there as long as Israelโs security needs demand it.โ

American TV host Jimmy Kimmel on Iran:
"We removed the Ayatollah and replaced him with a younger, more conservative Ayatollah.
We did nothing for the protesters in Iran. We removed the sanctions that were on Iran before the war started.
We got a ceasefire that already existed before. We opened the Strait of Hormuz, which was already open before.
We wasted who knows how many billions of dollars on bombs and missiles. Americans and many citizens lost their lives.
We gave Iran full control of the Strait of Hormuz, and also added at least 300 billion dollars, because apparently that wasn't enough.
Right now Melania Trump is probably asking herself: How did I get such a good deal from Trump?"

๐ดSenator Blumenthal: The Senate will definitely not approve an agreement with Iran
Bipartisan condemnation of a disgraceful agreement is not surprising, which looks like "unconditional surrender," not by Iran, as Trump wanted, but by the United States.
More than $300 billion in windfall wealth, lifting of sanctions, unlimited oil sales, no inspections or full verification. All of this is because of vague and unenforceable promises regarding nuclear weapons that bolster Iran's claim of victory over the Great Satan.
Anything like this agreement will be destroyed as soon as it reaches the Senate. For it to have executive effect, it must be approved here.

I think the President's peace plan in Iran currently brings real benefits to the American people.
Last night, 12.5 million barrels of oil passed through the Strait of Hormuz.
This is the highest amount since the start of the conflict.

๐ For the military section, there are a few points that still hold true whether Iranians cooperate with others or not.
Their nuclear program has been completely destroyed. Their enrichment capacity, the facilities they used to develop enrichment and potentially develop a nuclear weapon, have all been destroyed.
โ๏ธ Their conventional military force remains destroyed. Their capacity to threaten their neighbors has largely been eliminated.
๐ Now we see whether they are willing to comply with the next step of the President's peace plan or not.
