This is probably an Israeli intelligence facility, otherwise it wouldn’t be so close to air defenses.

Update | Online users geolocated the impact sites in the Glilot area using satellite imagery and visual markers from footage taken shortly after the strikes. The coordinates indicate that multiple missiles landed in close proximity to the Mossad and 8200 facilities but not directly on them.
