🇫🇷🇷🇺 Pavel Durov, CEO of Telegram has been placed under judicial supervision in France, prohibiting him from leaving the country. The Paris prosecutor's office also announced that Durov will have to pay a fine of 5 million euros as part of the conditions set by the court.
