π΅πΈThe Israeli spy-base contractor digging into Tuscany's solar boom | The Cradle
On 25 May 2026, #Tuscany cleared 36,828 solar panels for a hillside above #Ribolla, in the #Maremma, on land that its own energy plan classifies as unsuitable. The applicant was SPV Energy 3, a company registered in Milan with no employees, 2,500 euros in capital, and a shareholder on Amsterdam's #Zuidas.
Behind that shareholder stands Shikun & Binui, the group that built Maale Adumim and operates the Israeli army's intelligence campus in the Naqab under a 26-year contract. Nobody in Tuscany asked, because nobody had to.
In August, after a Palestine solidarity committee bought the company registry extract, the region's president was asked what he knew. Eugenio Giani had praised the project in May as proof that Tuscany βattracts investment.β
