Pfizer trial documents reveal attempts to cover up the death of 100% of unborn babies in outcomes actually reported

Look at table 6 from this Pfizer report. It is titled “Missing Information”. “Missing Information” has “Use in pregnancy and lactation”. It includes this paragraph:
“Pregnancy outcomes for the 270 pregnancies were reported as spontaneous abortion (23), outcome pending (5), premature birth w/ neonatal death, spontaneous abortion w/ intrauterine death (2 each), spontaneous abortion with neonatal death, and normal outcome (1 each).
No outcome was provided for 238 pregnancies (note that 2 different outcomes were reported for each twin, and both were counted).”

What we do know is that of 27 reported pregnancies (270 subtract 243), there are 28 dead babies!
100% of the unborn babies died.

White House Says 6-Month Old #Babies Could Begin Receiving Triple-Dose COVID-19 mRNA Injections by June 21
🇺🇸💉👶@COVID19Up: The White House said Thursday (June 2) that COVID-19 vaccinations for children as young as 6 months old could begin as soon as June 21, if the #FDA authorizes the injections for "#emergency use."
“We expect vaccinations will begin in earnest as early as Tuesday, June 21, and really roll on throughout that week,” White House COVID-19 response coordinator Ashish Jha told reporters.
An FDA advisory committee is scheduled to meet on June 14 and 15 to consider the applications from Pfizer and Moderna, and Jha said a decision on authorization is expected “soon thereafter.”
The #CDC would then also have to sign off.
