I have in my hands specialized literature for the closed libraries of the security services. This is the most detailed manual of the #US Department of Defense on how to handle biological and chemical weapons. The book describes how such weapons are produced, how to work with them, how to act in emergency situations related to their use. Everything is described down to the propaganda work with the population. This is a practical textbook, which contains all the necessary knowledge to carry out attacks with #biologicalWeapons.
The distances in the book are given both in our metric system and in English with feet for easier coordination with foreign specialists.
Separately amusing is the fact that the book is carefully and without errors translated into Russian. It is simply impossible to translate such complex texts into Ukrainian.#DOD
