Yes, if you consider the statement morphologically, transformations will happen when human growth occurs and it is raw, but if you consider it intellectually somebody grow and some don't or never (not about mental health and it's about their Characters and how much they value people and how they have been valued in the society).. and this also depends on the environment in which the community grow, to give you an example, I could explain a video which I often watch on YouTube, an acquit crying before his classmate who was supposed to be the Magistrate for the case which he is acquitted and after seeing her classmate as an acquit she recalled the court that, he was an outstanding kid in school days. With this, It is now clear that it's only the environment in which they both matured changed their life as a prisoner and a judge (doesn't changed her character and progressed as a positive human).
I would also like to point out that change is necessary in this world and that's the only term which hasn't got changed in this solo human explored life existing planet, the earth and the galaxy. If we look at the phrase from this way when people change as they grow older and the growth may be in any field which yields money, property or even fame, but if the growth helped them and their environment to lead the life in a constructive way with minimum dignity then Changes in this planet are always great.
