As your lips brush against mine,
poetry has already started flowing through my blood -
phrases and metaphors trying to define our love
and failing again and again.

A writer must not fall in love,
she'd write poems after poems trying to bring justice,
to the affection you provide and the gleam in your eyes,
and she'd fail everytime not realising that some things cannot be written down.

So when your fingers fill up the gaps between mine,
I search for lines,
to describe you , your love , your heart ,
and I lose and I go mad,
'cause a writer must not fall in this universal chaos
called love.

All happened in this one moment you shone
Bright, white and I had to shield my eyes,
Closed up to see your shining smile that
Dethroned me of my sorrow which I hold so tight,
Excuse me, who are you?
Few only a few have left me questioned like you do. Guys like you only appeared in fairy tales, I thought
How can this be the reality?
Is this a dream, oh god!
Just tell me the truth, you can't be real. Let me Know if I'm allowed to feel as
Love like is so unusual to me.
My whole life, it's just been a zero possibility thing, Nothing like you has ever embraced me,
Oh! hope don't lose this, if this is a
Pantomime, so be it. I will
Quarrel with my fate no more, let this moment be a
Rose without a thorn!
Sentence myself to your heart,
Take me to the paradise of love
Uncertain if this would work out but my
Verve says it'll be alright.By the way
Will you tell me your name now?I Can't call you
X
Y
Z forever.

Part 1 -
*The Bucket List*
They sat facing the doctor, who was about to give a heartbreaking news and they knew it. They clasped each other's hand with eyes that said they aren't ready to face the reality yet. Nevaeh had her eyes moist as if she'd burst out exactly when the doctor would start speaking, while Christen sat still, gathering the courage to bear the upcoming pain. They had accepted their fate long ago, and at this moment the only thing that was running in their head was, "I should be the first".

Three of them sat in silence; the silence felt better at that moment. Even the atmosphere gave Nevaeh and Christen the chills. Not that it was any different from other hospital chambers but the fact that it was now the court which will announce their fate added horror to their hearts. Nevaeh could smell the common hospital odour which felt like poison now. It seemed it would kill her way before her illness would. But Christen sat there, refusing to show the fear on her face while she stared at the horrified doctor.

"Sometimes being a doctor isn't the best thing, you know. You have the regret of not being able to save someone during a surgery, you have to gather the courage to speak to their family, the courage to break a sad news to a patient, the inability to help someone, these are the toughest job for me, tougher than critical surgeries", Dr. Miller breaks the silence, sighs and continues," I wish I could help, I wish I held that power, but this is what it is." He stops there; the girls could see how tough it was for him to say the truth. They knew he still wished he could do some miraculously amazing thing to turn around the news.

At the very first glimpse,
my lips forgot poetries in a blink,
and you stood there, waving and smiling
while I was stiffened still.
If only I could move ,
or if words escaped through my parted lips,
I would hold you,
while I stitched words to sing.

Don't give me red roses , it's the colour of blood.
Reminds me of the red flowing through my wounds
and the old scars.
Give me sunflowers, give me a pinch of happiness,
make me remember the sun that gives light,
and not the one who holds the power of burning
almost everything it touches.
Every time I'm hurt, give me a hug,
let some words be unspoken because my heart
won't take another beat if you do .
Ask me what's wrong,
maybe you'll regret that you didn't and I'd be gone-
gone hoping you'd help, chasing vows that you
never meant.
Give me a white rose, a rose for hope, a rose for
peace,
saying you may be miserable now but not for long
you'll see.
A white serenity soothing my heart, the way
you could never warm it up.
So when my corpse lays to be burnt,
burn a white rose and a sunflower along,
which I never recieved in real , neither through
words nor through actions but...
burn it with my corpse,
so that my hope isn't lost and my happiness isn't
gone,
in hell or heaven or some place unknown.
Burn the flowers while i lay dead,
but will you find them then when you're unable to
find them now?

Does it happen to you?
When everything around turns silent
and all you can hear is yout heart beating hastily,
scared and afraid that the silence would eat you up.
When you don't know what to do or where to go,
like you've lost your senses and directions.
When all you feel is fear,
while you shiver in the lonesome night.
Does it happen to you?
When even your screams are inaudible,
you shout at the top of your lungs,
but all you get is a burning throat.
When it seems like even your body is fading away,
into the abyss, choking and pulling you towards it.
Does it happen to you?
When cheery moments suddenly turns blue,
smiles suddenly turns into horrifying memories.
when the pasts lurks onto you like some centipede,
and you find yourself standing in nowhere.
Does it happen to you?
