'Acne, Acne and Blemishes',
They call her names all the time,
But when she looks deep within her,
She just can't understand why,
She looks into the mirror,
And wants different color hair,
Then frowns at her reflection,
Wishing no marks were ever there,
She throws the mirror down,
Can't look into it anymore,
Then stares at a piece of glass,
Sitting on the cold bathroom floor
I hope they'll beg for forgiveness,
For the glass left on her floor,
And for thinking that a woman's beauty,
Is defined by so much more
I hope she finds someone,
Who'd tell her what scars really meant,
And would kiss every scar off her body,
Followed by a series a compliments!
