The eyes are full
With tears of past;
The vision is blurry
Of the lips that move fast;
The ears are deaf
For the soft words spoken;
The heart just let in
What hurts it often;
The words then came out,
I am Sorry;
But the other one feels bad
And continues to worry.
None sees the guilt
Which they bear,
Is nothing but
Just a mistake, my dear.
This feud for no reason,
Moves them apart;
They go the other way
To do a new start.
Carrying this burden
Just makes them slow,
Let these bad memories
Vanish with the flow.
Life has to go ahead,
It is just one way.
Send your well wishes
Even if you cannot convey.
Peace be upon everyone...

As the nightly hour strikes two
I sit quietly to think of You,
Of what all I seek for
When insanity is at the door.
Yearned to sail so far away
But that joy is yet to reach my Bay;
Will to have my hands at flow,
Aghast the world stopped; stopped my Go.
Days, now I spend, sitting idle;
Living the Present, a massive hurdle.
Woes and worries of the Days to come,
Incessantly, in my mind they hum.
Why are You at cross with me?
Look here, my misery don't you see...
Fear has overpowered my tiny little Faith
I see no way; dejected should I turn to Death?
O my dear Life, can you hear me...

What's done is done
I slowly squint my eyes quite a few times before opening them widely. Haa! I can finally see clearly. The satisfaction of a 'no longer blurry' vision lasts a few seconds before I take in what is in front of me. To be more precise, what is above me.
A white ceiling. Completely white!!
It is not even a ceiling, I conclude this after a while. It is just pure whiteness up above there. Now that I come to think of it, is it possible that everything else is...
Yes!! My speculation is at point. Getting up and looking around I find myself amidst all that is white, boundless and speckless. Bewildered and puzzled, I stagger forward in a daze. What am I to do here?
As I keep walking ahead, I spot a tiny mass of black heading towards where I am. A little bit later and upon a closer inspection, a black fat scorpion is what I see. The first of another being in this White. It sends a sense of relief. Another life. There must be more then.
The scorpion stops some distance away from me. It stays there, unmoving. Even I settle down and stare at It. I am glad to have something to look at other than the White.
But after hours, or so I think, of being idle, the initial intrigue wears down. I am tired and so I swing my hands back and forth. My mind is fidgety - What if the scorpion wasn't here? What if I hit it? What havoc can a tiny mound of four inches wreak on a man of six foot?
Somewhat casually I bang the spot just near the scorpion. It crawls away frantically until it turns into a dot. I rejoice my supremacy and chuckle at It. Damn the scorpion was cute. Poor thing!
I lie down again. Not being able to find a way out, I choose to wait, to wait until I wake up again.
"Aaaah" I roar in agony as my toe suddenly starts to sting. A violent sting, the one that spreads so fast. Hurrying I pick up my foot to find a minuscule puncture and much to my horror It is sitting right beside me!!
Words of profanity leave my mouth as I try to smash the life out of It. "F**k" I curse myself as I realize my mistake of hitting It barefoot. Both of my legs are now an aching mess. Tears spill out of my eyes. My feet get stiff. As I mourn over my pain, the bloody scorpion bites me again. That f****r. I let out a loud cry while trying to drag myself away from It.
With whatever power I have I try to run, frantically I move, try to move but i stumble just as my legs give in. The onset of my paralyzing state causes me to shout more and more, ear- splitting screams. It bites me all along, stinging my entire body.At last in my hoarse voice I plead It to stop, to save me.
Alas what's done is done...
What's done is done

She is an angel,
Made of porcelain, all delicate.
You have her, you have a worthy fate.
He is a devil,
Made up of Iron, most tensile.
You have him, you are docile.
She has her guards up high,
Blocking the world and being alone.
Hits and blows, to which She is prone.
He has his claws out there,
Mingles with all, eyes on the loner.
Preying on, his forte; Tricking, his manner.
She lets you in
To her castle, made of glass.
Tread carefully, make not a ruckus.
He cajoles you
Into his Manor, carved from Stone.
Bewitched, you go on; unaware of the Unknown.
She is charming;
Her aura overpowering some,
Subtly affected are some.
He is mysterious.
His disguise stupefies the best.
Be alert, gather not at his behest.
She tells you secrets,
Known to none, close to her heart.
Believes you to keep them, zipped and shut.
He spews lies,
Myths and rumours, flying around.
You believe him, not the Sane sound.
She speaks to you
of Throes and Pains,
of Joys and Rains.
He incites false fear.
Asks you to fight the wrong one
Asks you not to stop, until all is gone.
She lends you a Gift,
a piece of Her soul, willingly.
For you to cherish it lovingly.
He coerces you to accept
a piece of His darkness.
For you to invade your own happiness.
The Angel and The Devil
Beckon You.
Your answer to them
Is still Due.
One calls for Truth
Other calls for Lies.
One, full of immense peace
Other, to be a restless Spy.
Decide for your
Own Destiny...
You want the shine of Life
Or to be under the Death's scrutiny.
So what are you...
Trustworthy or Treacherous?

Hearts in Riots
A Burning Night:
Night was deep,
She was asleep
After hours of tears she shed;
For her Abbu was never to return, Dead.
Thud! Thud!
Woken from her half slumber,
She flurried down the stairs.
Traumatized was her feeble heart,
" Someone at such time! Amidst such affairs! "
Swift, sleek steps she took
Across the yards of marble;
The darkness whispered
" Must be a Rambhakt ", her feet did wobble.
The crisps of burnt goods,
The stench of charred corse
Was still afresh, still burning,
Invaded her through the doors.
Words of Salat, her lips mimed;
Peeked through a crevice.
Not a soul out there
Until the groans from the abyss.
Rusty doors creaked hard.
She looked beyond; He huddled on mud.
There lay a man, huge and bulk;
Writhed in agony, full of blood.
Her heart sped up, her bile rose;
Her eyes softened, her cries muffled.
" I need help " he hoarsely croaked;
His coughs violent, his being shuffled.
A Searing Dawn:
Gentle strokes of the zephyr,
Crickets chirped from afar
Stirred the man's drugged stupor;
Foreign white and lime walls, his eyes did devour.
Chham! Chham!
Sweet tinkles of her payal
Rung in his ears; in she came.
Two amber orbs stilled in fear,
Saw Death under a veiled frame.
" A fortnight here " spoke a tranquil voice.
Then, broken and bruised beyond repair;
" Your wounds have soothed now, yet not clear "
Disbelief oozed out of his stare.
" Rashid Nawab " he impersonated;
" Your thread opposes "; stunned was he.
" No one knows, won't know "
Assurance she gave to set him free.
The Bloodshed and Turmoil
Took his brother down, grieved Keshav.
Blackened hearts and sickened minds
Made thousands mourn for their love.
Solaced him with her tiny hope
For they were sailors of the same boat.
Blue naive eyes, he could spot in there;
Healing drops, as he downed the throat.
Drips of a new life, in him
she infused; his heart forever indebted.
A lovely in the world of ugly,
To Noor, his fate led!
A Blazing Noon:
Warm touch on the fore of her head;
Lightly cradled him, her hands around.
Time had come for him to go,
" Please be safe and sound "
Flap! Flap!
Last of his footfalls echoed
As her eyes glistened under the sun;
Turned her back, couldn't watch him fade.
Just then hollers made him run.
" Stone him now! ", " Burn his face! "
Angry mob he found behind.
Hastened his self, he took refuge
Inside the ruined mill of grind.
She came rushing, all the way;
Loud wails and heart in hand.
Tried to stop the hits and the howls,
They flung her on the land.
Doused the shade at the front,
Within moments was it ablaze.
Fiery fire sprang towards him;
All escapes, covered in haze.
A distinct smile of his Maa,
Brotherly banters at home
And the twinkling eyes of his Noor;
The fire then seized him under its dome.
Shrieked and bellowed there he
Until his breath was no more.
With hollow eyes she kept looking, unaware
That the mob charged at the dead's whore.

Rain
You know, most people react positively to the rain other than a few grumpy fellas. They love when it rains and girls go all romantic if they are given a chance to dance under rain. If asked what rain brings to you, a good percentage of answers will say joy. As the cool drops of the heavenly water falls ecstasy gets filled in them.
Are you not pondering what will be my response to rain? Same here. I am also a member of the happy flock. Rain evokes an immense pleasure in my core. Nay, not the cheesy vibes; it gives a spooky one. An aura that tends to haunt me. It feels the reality has taken up desertion to push me towards darkness; bloodthirsty souls accompany me though.
When it rains I picture every inch of the neighborhood is wrapped up in eeriness. I find cottages in dark forest and an abandoned home and thousands of unrevealed mysteries lurk here and there. Warnings ring in my ears, " Do not cross the threshold or you will not see the daylight." Yet I disobey those to go inside some mansion and creep around in the corridors where my breath is the only sense I have while there is an outrageous downpour going on outside.
As a cherry on the top, my garden is a mess. There are gigantic trees across the boundary. The garden is never tended properly; bushes and creepers are in plentiful. So it is not a hard work for me to see a forest outside if it rains. The thunders, the trees bending over, the branches falling, all of these sum up to make the forest of my dreams.
Amidst this I hear the shallow breathing of a girl who needs to stay alone because her parents are out. The lights suddenly go off. A simultaneous bolt of lightning turns things awry. Scared she skitters away to find candles. One dim candle somewhat lights up the room, enough for her to see but the flame flickers due to a gust of wind from nowhere. The enormous shadows of the furniture add more spice to the spookiness.
A jug falls. Her heart skips. The ringing noise still echoes in the darkness. She walks up to the kitchen to find two glowing orbs. The black cat jumps and her heart loudly thumps. His long purrs amplify and magnify to make the girl tear up.
Bang! A loud banging at the door makes matter worse and she starts wailing at the top of her voice. Her concerned parents knock harder and a loop of horror continues. Till when... Picture it yourself. I bet your vision will be awesome.
Blood... of course. A few days back it was raining cats and dogs when I was driving back to home. I could see a pool of blood on the road so I had to slow down and peer hard. I could not make out what it was but I am sure it must have been my head messing.
Really was it though?
Well I will take my leave but I hope you girls check your back twice before rejoicing in the rain. God knows what awaits for you.

My words at Death
Death: Ye dare to smile at the last hour of breath!! Have ya achieved it all?
Me: To achieve, a lot is left
Yet here I smile;
As my steps were on the right path
Even though success was not within miles;
For which I would have gone far and beyond
If only by me had you not been riled.
