They spoke about moneymaking ventures Wright was involved in a long time ago. Wright alleged Matthews knew about these activities, which was true, because Matthews had mentioned them to me.‘I just couldn’t do things anymore,’ he said. ‘That’s all.’

They wanted to talk about the trust, but they didn’t really explain it. He said it was to hide the bitcoin. ‘It’s not meant to be spent,’ he said. ‘Too many problems.’

‘It’s also a guarantee that you can’t flood the market,’ Ramona said. ‘That we can’t use it to pay the bills, no matter how desperate things get.’ When I asked who the trustees were they went quiet."

"The advisories, addressed to both financial institutions and digital payment platforms, state that “convertible virtual currencies,” particularly bitcoin, bitcoin cash, ethereum and monero, can be and have been used for illicit substance purchases on the clear, deep, and dark nets."

"The original Bitcoin source code provided pay-to-ip, which was a method of transacting peer-to-peer. That code was removed. We are making peer-to-peer transactions possible again today with paymail. We encourage all wallets to adopt this approach."

The Myth of Prometheus, myth of fire stolen by Prometheus.

"The myth of Prometheus and fire makes us contemplate on a serious question: If Prometheus hadn’t stolen the fire from Zeus, what the mankind would have done? But the mischievous Titan in the Greek Mythology stole it and while he was celebrated by the mortals he was cruelly punished by the God of all Gods"

"...‘It would be the best one in human history,’ Craig said. ‘It’d be Ronnie Biggs on steroids times a million. I invented a new form of money. Who has ever had anything to do with money that wasn’t to do with government? Who has ever really succeeded?’

‘You mean it’s a thankless task?’

‘It’s always Prometheus,’ he said. ."

“Roughly about 90% I would put into the category of investments slash speculations, so it could be people who have a long term view on it, people who like to trade it and about 10% would be transactions.”

https://cointelegraph.com/news/90-of-bitcoin-usage-is-speculation-10-transactions-says-luno-ceo?

"The case is not over yet. There are still procedural issues, including collection, that need to be hammered out. However, the substantive issues have been decided and this points to an end of a potentially lengthy trial.

According to the source, while Judge Reinhart did not find Wright to be credible, he did not make a finding on whether or not Wright was Satoshi Nakamoto, bitcoin’s creator."
