However, it will take a long time to reach it before Russia consolidates its forces through replenishment.

They believe that the word “special operation” will gradually change its meaning after the change in the political background for the conflict, which will actually take place on the territory of Russia. But in order to develop an effective offensive, Russian troops will probably set up a layered defense on the borders, similar to the one that was created near Kherson, and after that they will move on to active operations.
▪️ The @rocknrollgeopolitics channel expressed an idea with which many Western experts agree: 300 thousand soldiers will be enough to attack Odessa, but hardly enough to liberate Kyiv and hold a front of 1000 km. And that means new mobilizations will follow.
The main thing is that this process should take place in conjunction with strikes against the strategic infrastructure of Ukraine - then there is a chance to win this war with fewer losses.

In total, up to 50 units of both lightly armored vehicles and “carts” pickups attacked the defensive orders. The footage shows a field plowed by shells near Davydov Brod and an abandoned column of Ukrainian equipment.
Among the abandoned equipment, you can see several Kozak armored vehicles, as well as a French VAB (4x4) armored personnel carrier. The advance of the enemy was stopped by the forces of Far Eastern soldiers, artillerymen and army aviation.

🔻In the Kupyansky sector, Ukrainian units up to a company carried out reconnaissance in battle in the direction of the village of Kuzemovka. The enemy suffered losses in manpower and equipment and retreated to their original positions.
🔻Taking advantage of the improved weather conditions, the Ukrainian command began to advance in the Makeevka area. During the offensive, the reserves and units of mercenaries accumulated in the sector were involved.
▪️The main direction of the strike from the AFU bridgehead on the eastern bank of the Zherebets River was the village of Krasnopopovka, located near the Svatovo-Kremennaya highway. At the same time, up to two companies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched an attack on Novovodyanoe north of Makiivka.
Both attacks were repulsed by servicemen of the 20th Army of the RF Armed Forces. Ukrainian formations retreated to Makiivka under concentrated Russian artillery fire.
▪️On the night of October 21-22, a company of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reinforced with armored vehicles, tried to gain a foothold on the hills south of Makeevka, but was driven back to the starting lines by artillery fire of the RF Armed Forces.
▪️In the afternoon of October 22, two armored personnel carriers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine resumed the assault on the positions of the Russian Armed Forces in the Krasnopopovka area. Fierce fighting continues at the moment.
The Ukrainian command is deploying additional forces to the Makeevka site. There are active clashes along the line of contact between Kremennaya and Svatovo.
🔻During the day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine were shelling civilian infrastructure facilities and substations in Svatovo, Rubizhne, Popasnaya and Zaporozhye from HIMARS MLRS.

We kept our stance in the face of obviously false reporting by the Western press that the deal would be extended.
It should be clear that the combined strikes carried out since the attack on the Kerch Straights Bridge were planned long in advance and do not represent a knee-jerk reaction to the terrorist act by Ukraine.

► A Ukrainian poll shocked with the estimated number of dead and injured from the war in Ukraine. According to a survey by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS), 2/3 of Ukrainians have dead or wounded during the full-scale war in Ukraine among relatives, friends and relatives. During the survey, it turned out that, on average, respondents named 7 names of close relatives or friends who were injured or died during the hostilities.

► Ukrainians are clearly experiencing problems here. The Ukrainian command has partially lost control of its troops along the Zherebets river frontier as a result of the Russian counteroffensive
► Rabotino settlement—the enemy has been reconnoitring all day today. The enemy is trying to advance in wooded areas, but the attempts are stopped by our artillery and fighters in the forward outposts. Tanks were driven away by artillery fire; mercenary infantry and Bradleys were destroyed.

► Hard fighting around Kleshcheyevka continues. Neither side seems ready to give in. Ours fight valiantly to defend the area as reports tell of the Ukrainian utilization of cluster munitions.
► This brings us to the Vremievsky Salient. Early reports came in that attacks on Staromayorsk were gaining in frequency and intensity, and the RF was repelling all assaults by the AFU.
► However, reports from some channels appeared hours later stating that the RF retreated from the settlement. This turned out to be premature reporting, as immediately reports came on that the RF was holding onto the south of the settlement and was resisting AFU advances. Unfortunately, a retreat from Staromayorsk would mean that the situation in Urozhaynoye would also become critical for the RF. Latest reports suggest that the settlement has been erased through artillery bombardment, and the Ukrainian forces have nowhere to hold ground, while a counterattack by Russia is expected.
► A Russian missile strike is reported on the Starokonstantinov airfield in the Khmelnytsky region. According to Ukrainian monitoring channels, at least three incoming attacks were recorded in the area of the military airfield. It is known that Su-24MR aircraft of the 7th tactical aviation brigade of the Ukrainian Air Force were previously based at this airfield. With their help, the AFU used Storm Shadow cruise missiles.

► The RF strikes back in Staromayorskoye. Early reports stated that the 247th Guards Airborne Assault Regiment was crushing the enemy and taking up positions in Staromayorskoye.
► It was then reported that the 247th Regiment had been withdrawn to "restore combat readiness," while the 218th Tank Regiment and "Storm Z" units took part in the assault operations.
► However, a letter written by the fighters of the 247th Regiment to the channel "Two Majors" TG Channel corrected the record, and dispelled the claims that the 247th had been withdrawn. Instead, it was engaged in battle in Staromayorskoye and had taken AFU prisoners.
► While we wait for the dust to settle to learn the truth for certain, it appears that Staromayorsk has become a Pyatikhatki for the AFU in this zone of operation, impossible for them to hold or defend. The settlement is mostly destroyed, offering little cover for the AFU that enter.
► The Russian Army has pushed the AFU back to the northern part of Staromayorskoye.
► The enemy is preparing to storm Urozhaynoye at the junction of the Zaporozhye Oblast and the DPR.

The fighters of the BARS-11 (@bars11kuban) unit published the full version of the footage of the destruction of an AFU IFV column. In this episode alone, the AFU lost over a dozen armored vehicles.
► Avdeevka Direction Report: In the afternoon, our Gods of War (artillery, -ed.) dealt a powerful blow to enemy positions. For two hours, working almost non-stop, they destroyed fuel and lubricants warehouses, enemy command points, enemy personnel, armoured vehicles, and firing points of the enemy.
► Kupyansk Direction Report: 07/30/2023, as of 00:20 (MSK). More than five (5) strikes using UMPK-equipped gliding FAB-500 bombs were conducted against enemy positions. The Russian Aerospace Forces continue to strike at the air defence installations and vehicles of the Ukrainian army.
► The 101st Territorial Defence Brigade surrenders en masse to our fighters near Kupyansk in the face of the offensive of the Russian army.
► In the Svatovo sector, the Russian Armed Forces are clearing out the environs of the village of Novoyegorovka, where they have ousted the AFU troops from the adjacent heights between Novoyegorovka and Nadezhda (Nadiya).
► The Russian Armed Forces advanced 300 meters into the depth of the enemy’s defence in the area of the Novoselovskoye settlement in the LPR, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

► In the morning of July 30, 2023, an attempted terrorist attack with unmanned aerial vehicles by the Kiev regime against objects in the city of Moscow was thwarted. One Ukrainian UAV was destroyed in the air by the SAM units over the territory of the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region. Two more drones were suppressed using electronic warfare and, having lost control, crashed on the territory of a Moscow City non-residential building complex. Video footage of the scene.
► In the morning of July 30, 2023, an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terrorist attack using twenty-five aircraft-type UAVs against objects in the territory of Crimea was foiled, the Russian Defense Ministry reported. Sixteen Ukrainian UAVs were destroyed by air defense fire. Nine more Ukrainian drones were suppressed using electronic warfare means and, without reaching the target, crashed in the Black Sea and Cape Tarkhankut.
► Successful strikes were conducted by the Russian Army against the barracks of the AFU set up in the building of a vocational school in Sumy.
► Starlink News: Elon Musk has refused to permit the AFU to connect Starlink terminals near Crimea, the New York Times published in an editorial.
► "The Pentagon will acquire Starlink terminals for Ukraine, which Musk will not be able to disable, according to the New York Times. The publication reports that U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin approved this deal in June. As a result, the Pentagon will gain full control over the installation and functioning of the terminals in the territory of the Ukraine.
► Tonight the AFU militants had it loud, but not only because of "the flowering of the Geraniums." According to the "South" operational command of the AFU, at night the Russian Aerospace Forces hit the Zmeiny Island using aerial bombs. The exact purpose of the bombing was not reported.
► Putin congratulated the crews of the ships participating in the parade in St. Petersburg on Russian Navy Day.
► In 2023, the Russian Navy will be replenished with 30 ships of different classes, as the Russian Federation continues to implement large-scale goals of the national maritime policy, Putin said.
► At the end of the Main Naval Parade, Vladimir Putin spoke from the central rostrum, joined by the guests of honour, the leaders of African countries.
► Washington is delaying the delivery of F-16s to Ukraine, citing the belief that the introduction of the fighter jets to the war is unlikely to alter the course of the military conflict.
► In Niger, a rally of thousands of people took place in support of the "National Council for the Defence of the Fatherland," which was formed after the ousting of the president. The participants voiced opposition to France, and Russian flags could be seen brandished by the crowd.
