🗣🇫🇲🇺🇦 The penny has finally dropped for Jens Stoltenberg, when the war stops - Ukraine will not regain any territory.

“If there is now a new ceasefire, a new agreement, we must be 100% sure that this will end the war, no matter where that line is. And so I firmly believe that during the cessation of hostilities, we must ensure that Ukraine has the capabilities to deter future aggression from Russia,” said the NATO Secretary General.

Stoltenberg also added that after the ceasefire at the front, Ukraine needs security guarantees.

“And, of course, the best and strongest guarantee of security will be Article 5. So I think the way to ensure that this stops is actually NATO membership,” Stoltenberg said.
