Pl be noted - certain modifications are being made upon instructions of HCM to the Jagananna Suraksha
1⃣. Volunteer visit to the Household - In yesterday's VC it was told that they will visit from 20th. Now it is from *24th June*
2⃣. Scheduling of the camps - It was instructed that scheduling of the camps secretariat-wise should start from 24th June. But now, the first camp shall start from *1st July *
3⃣. Awareness duration for the camp - It was instructed earlier that the awareness for the camp shall start 4 days prior to the actual camp date. however, now, the awareness shall start for all households from *24th June itself*
4⃣. Additions to earlier discussion:
*Jagananna Ku Chebudham* - Any grievance redressed which has been raised in JKC shall be followed by visit of the concerned secretariat official to the House of the citizen and explain the action taken. #JSP

1⃣వాలంటీర్లు సిటిజెన్ ఇంటికి వెళ్ళినప్పుడు కొన్ని ప్రశ్నలు అడిగి వారి యొక్క రెస్పాన్స్ ని Volunteer App లో Form fill చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది (యాప్ ఇంకా రాలేదు)
2⃣ ఫారం సబ్మిట్ చేసిన తర్వాత వాలంటీర్స్ Pocket Calendar ని citizen కి ఇస్తారు
3⃣ ఆ క్యాలెండరు పట్టుకున్నట్లుగా Citizen కి Geo-Tagged Photo తీసి App లో Upload చేయాలి
4⃣ Schemes మరియు Service Requests కి సంబందించిన Issues ఏమైనా ఉన్నట్లయితే ఆ డాకుమెంట్స్ కలెక్ట్ చేసి సచివాలయం కి సబ్మిట్ చేయాలి
5⃣ డాకుమెంట్స్ ని సచివాలయం కి ఇచ్చిన తర్వాత వారు ఇచ్చే Token Number ని Citizen కి అందజేయాలి
