با انتشار ویدئوهای جدید از ایران، پس از برداشتهشدنِ نسبیِ قطع اینترنت، شواهد هولناکی از تشدید سرکوب به دست آمده است.
در این تصاویر، نیروهای امنیتی با سلاحهای نیمهسنگین از جمله تیربار سنگین DShK علیه مردمی استفاده میکنند.
بهکارگیری چنین سلاحهایی علیه غیرنظامیان، نشانهی روشنِ تشدید خشونت دولتی است و مصداق جنایت علیه بشریت باشد.

انتشار «اعترافنامه » منسوب به محمدعلی ساعدینیا
نامهای با عنوان خطاب به «محضر مبارک مقام معظم رهبری و مردم عزیز میهن اسلامی» منتشر شده است. خبرگزاری فارس (نزدیک به سپاه پاسداران) ادعا کرده که محمدعلی ساعدینیا در این نامه، «بستن مغازههایش در ناآرامیهای دی ۱۴۰۴» را «اشتباه» خوانده و بابت آن از مردم عذرخواهی کرده است.
ساعدینیا در روزهای ۱۸ و ۱۹ دیماه با اعتراضات همراهی کرد و پس از آن توسط مأموران بازداشت شد. رئیس دادگستری قم پیشتر اعلام کرده بود مالک کافههای «ساعدینیا» به اتهام «دعوت مردم به اغتشاش و آشوب» بازداشت شده و دستور توقیف کلیه اموال و حسابهای بانکی او نیز صادر شده است.
تحلیلگران میگویند انتشار این نامه، در کنار فشار بر خانوادههای بازداشتشدگان برای حضور در راهپیمایی ۲۲ بهمن، نشانهای از تشدید استفاده حکومت از ابزارهای اعتراف اجباری و فشار جمعی برای نمایش حمایت عمومی در یکی از مهمترین مناسبتهای سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی است.

A “confession/apology letter” attributed to Mohammad-Ali Saeedi-Nia has been published
A letter addressed to “the Supreme Leader and the dear people of the Islamic homeland” has surfaced. Fars News Agency, widely seen as close to the #IRGC, claimed that Mohammad-Ali Saeedi-Nia called his decision to close his shops during the Dey 1404 protests a “mistake” and apologized to the public.
Saeedi-Nia reportedly expressed support for the protests on 18–19 Dey, and was later arrested. The head of Qom’s judiciary had previously said the owner of the “Saeedi-Nia” cafés was detained on charges of “inciting unrest,” and that orders were issued to seize all assets and freeze bank accounts.
Analysts say publishing this letter, alongside reported pressure on detainees’ families to attend the 22 Bahman march, signals an intensified use of forced confessions and collective pressure to manufacture public support ahead of one of the Islamic Republic’s most political commemorations.
Forced confessions are a continuation of the crackdown on citizens and constitute a #CrimesAgainstHumanity.

Une lettre adressée à « Son Éminence le Guide suprême et au cher peuple de la patrie islamique » a été diffusée. L’agence Fars, considérée comme proche des Gardiens de la Révolution, affirme que Mohammad-Ali Saeedi-Nia y qualifie de « faute » la fermeture de ses commerces lors des protestations de Dey 1404, et présente ses excuses.
Saeedi-Nia aurait soutenu les manifestations des 18 et 19 Dey avant d’être arrêté. Le chef de la justice de Qom avait déjà déclaré que le propriétaire des cafés « Saeedi-Nia » avait été interpellé pour « incitation à l’émeute », avec en plus un ordre de saisie de l’ensemble des biens et de blocage des comptes bancaires.
Selon des analystes, la diffusion de cette lettre, conjuguée aux pressions rapportées sur les familles de détenus pour participer à la marche du 22 Bahman, illustre un recours accru aux aveux forcés et à la pression collective pour mettre en scène un soutien populaire lors de l’un des rendez-vous politiques les plus importants de la République islamique.
Les aveux forcés sont la poursuite de la répression des citoyens et constituent un #Crimecontrehumanité.
