🔥پرونده‌سازی و بازداشت خودسرانه #روح‌الله_کرکی؛ ادامه فشارهای امنیتی علیه خانواده دادخواه

سپاه پاسداران و شعبه ۱۳ بازپرسی دادگاه انقلاب اهواز با بازداشت خودسرانه، شکنجه و پرونده‌سازی علیه #روح_الله_کرکی ، اصل برائت و حق دادرسی عادلانه را نقض کرده‌اند.
این فشارها علیه خانواده‌ای است که تنها «جرم»‌شان دادخواهی برای امین کرکی، قربانی دی‌ماه ۹۶ است.

‏The IRGC and Branch 13 of the Ahvaz Revolutionary Court’s Prosecutor’s Office have violated the presumption of innocence and the right to a fair trial by arbitrarily arresting, torturing, and fabricating a case against my brother, #Ruhollah_Karki.
‏These pressures target a family whose only “crime” is seeking justice for Amin Karki, a victim of the December 2017 protests.
