🔴🔹 اقدام فوری – توقف اجرای حکم اعدام پیمان فرح‌آور

🔹 گزارش‌های نگران‌کننده حاکی از آن است که حکم اعدام پیمان فرح‌آور، شاعر و ترانه‌سرای اهل گیلان، در دیوان عالی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تأیید شده و خطر اجرای قریب‌الوقوع این حکم وجود دارد.

🔹او کیست؟
پیمان فرح‌آور کارگر فصلی و شاعر است که اشعار و ترانه‌هایش بر محور عدالت اجتماعی و حقوق شهروندی متمرکز بود.

🔹چرا بازداشت شد؟
وی در شهریور ۱۴۰۳ بازداشت شد و با اتهامات ساختگی «بغی» و «محاربه» روبه‌رو گردید. این اتهامات تنها بر اساس اشعار و فعالیت‌های مسالمت‌آمیز هنری او صادر شده است.

🔹چرا این موضوع اهمیت دارد؟
صدور و تأیید حکم اعدام برای یک شاعر به دلیل بیان مسالمت‌آمیز، نقض آشکار حقوق بنیادین بشر و آزادی بیان است که در قوانین بین‌المللی این حقوق تضمین شده است و اعدام یعنی نقض پیمان‌ نامه های بین المللی.

We have received alarming reports that the death sentence of Peyman Farahavar, a poet and songwriter from Gilan, Iran, has been upheld by the Supreme Court of the Islamic Republic of Iran. His execution could be carried out at any moment.
•Who is he?
Peyman Farahavar is a seasonal farm worker and poet whose writings focused on social justice and civil rights.
•Why was he arrested?
He was arrested in September 2024 and charged with “Baghi” (armed rebellion) and “Moharebeh” (enmity against God).
These accusations are based solely on his lyrics and peaceful artistic activities.
