حتى نخدر االفك الاسفل نستخدم هذه طريقه مثل ما نلاحظ بالصور 👇

اندخل الابرة من الجهة المقابله فوق الاسنان lower five and lower six بأتجاه upper inferior nerve من الجهة الاخرى

مسكة الايد لازم تكون مثل مموضحة بالصوره

#اكبر غلط ان تسوي isolation بواسطة mirror لازم بيدك to give good support for you and good protection fo patient

اذا جانت الاسنان الخلفيه السفلى من جهة right لازم توكف خلف المريض مثل مموضح في الصورة لان هواي يوكعون بهل غلط

#اذا واجهتك حالة قلع نفس الجهة لل maxillary and mandible لازم نقلع
ال upper first why?!

Due to the debris or calculus etc from the maxillary teeth might fall into the open mandibular sockets which can lead to infection. Might be because of this reason the maxillary teeth are extracted first and the manidular teeth second.
