الادوية التى تؤثر على نتيجة تحليل البراز :

لذا يتم اجراء التحليل بعد ايقاف هذه الادوية ب 2 اسبوع
A laboratory test called a stool antigen test looks for foreign proteins (antigens) associated with H. pylori infection in your stool. As with the breath test, PPIs and bismuth subsalicylate can affect the results of this test, so your doctor will ask you to stop taking them for two weeks before the test.
#Blood_test . Analysis of a blood sample may reveal evidence of an active or previous H. pylori infection in your body.
However, #breath and #stool_tests are better at detecting active H. pylori infections than is a blood test.
#TREATMENT
افضل علاج يحقق اقل مقاومة من الميكروب حسب ال

فترة العلاج 14 يوم بانتظام
Administer triple therapies for 10- 14days.
The treatment regimens are #omeprazole_amoxicillin_clarithromycin (OAC) for 10 days;
#bismuth_subsalicylate, metronidazole, and tetracycline ( #BMT ) for 14 days; and
#lansoprazole_amoxicillin_clarithromycin ( #LAC ), which has been approved for either 10 days or 14 days of treatment.
بعد انهاء العلاج ب4 اسابيع على الاقل يتم اجراء التحاليل
Your doctor may recommend that you undergo testing for H. pylori at least four weeks after your treatment.
If the tests show the treatment was unsuccessful,
you may undergo another round of treatment with a different combination of antibiotic medications.
