مطالعات اخیر نشان می دهد جوانان در مقایسه با نسل های قبل، کمتر مذهبی هستند. نظرسنجی‌های صورت گرفته در 27 کشور نشان می‌دهد در مقایسه با بیست سال قبل، دین نقش کمرنگ‌تری را در زندگی افراد دارد، اگر چه دو نفر از هر ده نفر معتقدند تغییرات خاصی در این موضوع صورت نگرفته است.

Recent studies document younger adults being less religious than older generations. Across 27 countries surveyed, more think religion plays a less important role than a more important role compared with 20 years ago, but there is substantial regional variation on this question. About two-in-ten say there has been no change.
North American and European publics are especially likely to see religion playing a diminished role in recent times. Majorities in both the U.S. (58%) and Canada (64%) say religion has a less important role than it did 20 years ago. مطالعات اخیر نشان می دهد جوانان در مقایسه با نسل های قبل، کمتر مذهبی هستند. نظرسنجی‌های صورت گرفته در 27 کشور نشان می‌دهد در مقایسه با بیست سال قبل، دین نقش کمرنگ‌تری را در زندگی افراد دارد، اگر چه دو نفر از هر ده نفر معتقدند تغییرات خاصی در این موضوع صورت نگرفته است.
از میان کشورهایی که این نظرسنجی در آنها انجام شده، در کشورهای آمریکای شمالی و اروپایی نقش دین در زندگی مردم رو به افول گزارش شده است و اکثریت افراد شرکت‌کننده در کانادا (64%) و آمریکا (58%) معتقدند این افت در بیست سال گذشته محسوس بوده است. این آمار در اروپا 52% می‌باشد. اگرچه در فرانسه تعداد افرادی که معتقدند نقش دین کمرنگ‌تر از قبل شده است (38%) با کسانی که معتقدند اتفاقا نقش دین پررنگ تر شده است (39%) تقریبا برابر است...

📊 How people around the world view religion’s role in their countries
Recent studies document younger adults being less religious than older generations. Across 27 countries surveyed, more think religion plays a less important role than a more important role compared with 20 years ago, but there is substantial regional variation on this question. About two-in-ten say there has been no change.
North American and European publics are especially likely to see religion playing a diminished role in recent times. Majorities in both the U.S. (58%) and Canada (64%) say religion has a less important role than it did 20 years ago. Roughly half of Europeans surveyed (a median of 52%) say religion plays a less important in their country. The Austrian parliament has approved a law banning girls in primary schools from wearing the hijab. The bill is likely to be challenged as discriminatory in Austria’s Constitutional Court.
The policy does not specifically mention Muslim women or girls, but bans the wearing of “ideologically or religiously characterized clothing” covering the head, and specifically refers to items “that cover the whole or large parts of the hair”.

این کتاب با نام «درگیری‌های مخفیانه مدیریت امنیت داخلی» که توسط ناشر انگلیسی زبان آمریکایی انگلیسی منتشر شده در چند هفته گذشته به سرعت در لیست پر‌فروش‌ترین‌های فرانسه قرار گرفت. علاوه بر پوشش خبری انتشار این کتاب، در اتفاقی نادر یکی از مهم‌ترین هفته‌نامه‌های خبری فرانسه به نام نوول اُبزِرواتور، عکس این کتاب را بر روی جلد خود چاپ نموده است.
نویسنده‌ی کتاب خود را در یک تیم هفت نفره‌ی مخفی ضد تروریسم که چهار نفر آنها مسلمان هستند، جا زده است و در این اثر با توجه به همراهی این تیم یک نگاه درون‌گروهی به مخالفین مخفی ضد تروریسم کشور می‌اندازد...

Here is a book project urgently crying out for US/UK English-language publisher. The book in question came out in French two weeks ago and swiftly made the bestseller lists over there. Amid a storm of media coverage, France's top weekly newsmagazine, Nouvel Observateur put it on the cover – something they never do. It's a heart-stopping look at the country's secret anti-terrorist squads from the inside, for which the writer got himself embedded with one such team of seven members, four of them Muslims...
You'd have to redo the book's title, a mouthful in English, though rather effective in the original: “Les Guerres De L'Ombre de la DGSI” roughly meaning “the secret wars of the general directorate of internal security”...
