Ofogh TV, a channel affiliated with Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), mocked the killing of protesters during the January 2026 protests in a televised program. In a derisive segment, the program’s host posed a question about the whereabouts of those killed, asking, “Which refrigerator does the Islamic Republic keep the bodies in?” and presenting multiple answer choices. The remarks sparked widespread backlash, particularly amid reports that the IRGC has recently been placed on the European Union’s list of terrorist organizations.

Some reports indicate that Owj Arts and Media Organization, an entity affiliated with the IRGC, is believed to be responsible for producing a significant portion of Ofogh TV’s programming.

شبکه افق وابسته به صداوسما در برنامه‌ای تلویزیونی، کشتار معترضان در اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ را به سخره گرفت. مجری این برنامه با لحنی تمسخرآمیز و طرح پرسشی درباره محل نگهداری پیکر جان‌باختگان، گفت: «جمهوری اسلامی جنازه‌ها را در چه یخچالی نگهداری می‌کند؟» و چند گزینه برای پاسخ مطرح کرد. این اقدام واکنش‌های گسترده‌ای را برانگیخت؛ به‌ویژه در شرایطی که سپاه پاسداران به‌تازگی در فهرست سازمان‌های تروریستی اتحادیه اروپا قرار گرفته است.

بر اساس اطلاعات منتشرشده در شبکه‌ های اجتماعی، یک شهروند با نام «فرح» ۶۳ ساله در جریان اعتراضات ۱۹ دی‌ ۱۴۰۴ در تهران جان خود را از دست داده است. فرزند او با انتشار یک مطلب در حساب اینستاگرام خود، خبر کشته‌ شدن مادرش را در این روز اعلام کرده، اما جزئیات بیشتری درباره نام خانوادگی وی منتشر ننموده است. لازم به ذکر است که هنوز پیکر وی به خانواده اش تحویل داده نشده است.
