بر اساس گزارش اختصاصی رسیده به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، شمار زیادی از بازداشت‌شدگان اعتراضات ۱۸ و ۱۹ دی در زندان قوچان همچنان بدون تعیین تکلیف نهایی نگهداری می‌شوند. با وجود تراکم شدید زندان و امکان آزادی برخی از آنان با قرار وثیقه، رسیدگی به پرونده‌ها به تعویق افتاده است.

برخی بازداشت‌شدگان به پنج یا ۱۰ سال حبس محکوم شده‌اند. ادریس جوان و سعید جامی، دو شهروند کُرد، به همراه محسن ایرانلویی و علیرضا کاظمی نیز به اتهام «محاربه» به اعدام محکوم شده‌اند؛ اتهامی که می‌تواند مجازات مرگ در پی داشته باشد.

رسیدگی اولیه به این پرونده‌ها در شعبه ۱۰۲ بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب قوچان، با مسئولیت محمدرضا ولایی، بازپرس ویژه جرائم اقتصادی و امنیتی، انجام شده و پس از این روند احکام سنگینی صادر شده است.

همچنین گزارش شده که برخی وکلای تسخیری از خانواده‌های کم‌درآمد زندانیان مبالغ زیادی دریافت کرده و وعده تعلیق احکام را داده‌اند. منابع افزوده‌اند که شماری از زندانیان هنگام تصمیم به اعتراض به رأی، از سوی مقام قضایی به تشدید مجازات تهدید شده‌اند.

این گزارش‌ها نگرانی‌های جدی درباره دسترسی مؤثر به وکیل، حق اعتراض به رأی و رعایت تضمین‌های دادرسی عادلانه ایجاد می‌کند.

Reports received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center (IHRDC) from Sheiban Prison in Ahvaz indicate that ailing prisoners continue to be denied medical care and held under inadequate conditions amid the ongoing conflict in southern Iran. Frequent water and power outages, contaminated water, malfunctioning cooling and heating systems, poor-quality food, and unsanitary conditions are placing prisoners’ health at risk.

Hojjat Al Mohammadi, a prisoner from Izeh, was sentenced to 21 years in prison after months of legal uncertainty. He suffers from severe kidney disease, respiratory problems, and lasting injuries reportedly caused by previous torture, yet has no access to effective medical treatment.

Hamidreza Dorostkar was transferred from Behbahan Prison to Sheiban Prison on a charge of rioting after calling for prisons to be evacuated under wartime conditions. Ahmadaki Shams has also remained in detention without a final determination of his case since November 2025. Despite suffering from a serious eye condition, he has been denied adequate medication and treatment.

Shaham Soleimani Mozarmi, the former mayor of Masjed Soleiman, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison on a charge of cooperating with Israel. The 60-year-old has diabetes and requires continuous medical care.

In Wards 5 and 8, only one of three shower and toilet facilities is usable, while sewage reportedly seeps through the floor. Unsafe water and inadequate sanitation have also caused or aggravated kidney, respiratory, eye, and infectious diseases among prisoners. If these conditions persist, they could have irreversible consequences for the health of ailing detainees.

گزارش‌های رسیده به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، از زندان شیبان اهواز حاکی از محرومیت زندانیان بیمار از درمان و تداوم شرایط نامناسب نگهداری، همزمان با وضعیت جنگی در جنوب ایران است. قطع مکرر آب و برق، آب گل‌آلود، اختلال سیستم سرمایشی و گرمایشی، غذای نامناسب و وضعیت غیربهداشتی، سلامت زندانیان را تهدید می‌کند. حجت آل‌محمدی، زندانی اهل ایذه، پس از ماه‌ها بلاتکلیفی به ۲۱ سال حبس محکوم شده است. او از بیماری شدید کلیوی، مشکلات ریوی و آسیب‌های ناشی از شکنجه‌های پیشین رنج می‌برد، اما به درمان مؤثر دسترسی ندارد. حمیدرضا درستکار پس از درخواست تخلیه زندان‌ها در شرایط جنگی، با اتهام «آشوب» از زندان بهبهان به شیبان تبعید شد. احمدکی شمس نیز از آبان ۱۴۰۴ بدون تعیین تکلیف در بازداشت است و با وجود بیماری شدید چشمی، به دارو و درمان مناسب دسترسی ندارد. شهام سلیمانی موزرمی، شهردار پیشین مسجدسلیمان، با اتهام همکاری با اسرائیل به ۱۰ سال حبس محکوم شده است. او ۶۰ سال دارد، به دیابت مبتلاست و نیازمند مراقبت مستمر پزشکی است. در بندهای ۵ و ۸، تنها یکی از سه حمام و سرویس بهداشتی قابل استفاده است و فاضلاب از کف بیرون می‌زند. آب ناسالم و کمبود امکانات بهداشتی نیز موجب بروز یا تشدید بیماری‌های کلیوی، ریوی، چشمی و عفونی شده است. تداوم این وضعیت می‌تواند پیامدهای جبران‌ناپذیری برای زندانیان بیمار داشته باشد.

Iran’s judiciary announced that Mehdi Khanaki, who had been detained in connection with the January 2026 protests, was executed early on Wednesday, July 22.

According to Mizan News Agency, Khanaki was arrested by officers from the Alborz Province Intelligence Police at his home in Karaj on February 10, 2026. Judicial authorities accused him of “carrying out operational activities on behalf of Israel, the United States, and hostile groups,” membership in an opposition group, and manufacturing, procuring, and possessing weapons, ammunition, and explosives.

A branch of the Karaj Revolutionary Court sentenced him to death and ordered the confiscation of all his assets under legislation imposing harsher penalties for espionage and cooperation with hostile states. The judiciary said the sentence was carried out after being upheld by the Supreme Court.

Before the announcement of his execution, no clear information had been released about the court branch that heard the case, the identity of his lawyer, whether he had effective access to independent legal counsel, the circumstances under which statements attributed to him were obtained, or the conduct of his trial. Judicial authorities have also not officially disclosed the location where the execution was carried out.

قوه قضاییه جمهوری اسلامی اعلام کرد مهدی خانکی، از بازداشت‌شدگان مرتبط با اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴، بامداد چهارشنبه ۳۱ تیر اعدام شده است. بر اساس گزارش خبرگزاری میزان، خانکی در ۲۱ بهمن ۱۴۰۴ در منزل خود در کرج توسط مأموران سازمان اطلاعات فراجای استان البرز بازداشت شد. دستگاه قضایی او را به «اقدام عملیاتی به نفع اسرائیل، آمریکا و گروه‌های متخاصم»، عضویت در یک گروه مخالف حکومت و ساخت، تهیه و نگهداری سلاح، مهمات و مواد منفجره متهم کرده است.
یکی از شعب دادگاه انقلاب کرج، با استناد به قانون تشدید مجازات جاسوسی و همکاری با کشورهای متخاصم، او را به اعدام و مصادره تمامی اموال محکوم کرد. قوه قضاییه گفته است که حکم پس از تأیید در دیوان عالی کشور اجرا شد. تا پیش از اعلام خبر اعدام، اطلاعات شفافی درباره شعبه رسیدگی‌کننده، نام وکیل، دسترسی خانکی به وکیل مستقل، چگونگی اخذ اظهارات منتسب به او و روند محاکمه منتشر نشده بود. مقام‌های قضایی همچنین محل اجرای حکم را به‌طور رسمی اعلام نکرده‌اند.

Reports indicate that Mahnam Navab-Safavi, Ahad Shokouhian, and Amirhassan Akbari-Monfared have been sentenced to death in three separate cases before Revolutionary Courts in Isfahan and Tehran.

Navab-Safavi, who was detained during the January 2026 protests and is held at Dastgerd Prison in Isfahan, was sentenced to death on the charge of waging war against God (moharebeh) by Branch 5 of the Isfahan Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Hemmati-Nejad. Other charges against him include participating in the destruction of public property, disseminating propaganda against the Islamic Republic, assembly and collusion against national security, and inciting people to kill one another.

Ahad Shokouhian, 38, was sentenced to death three times by Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Iman Afshari. His charges include participation in two counts of intentional murder, acting against national security, assembly and collusion against national security, and destruction of public property. According to reports, he was denied access to a lawyer of his choosing during detention, while his court-appointed lawyer attended only one hearing. Shokouhian is being held at Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj.

Amirhassan Akbari-Monfared, a 27-year-old political prisoner held at Evin Prison, was sentenced to death by Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Abolghasem Salavati, on the charge of armed rebellion against the state (baghy) based on alleged membership in the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (MEK). The sentence was communicated to him two days ago.

Akbari-Monfared was arrested by Ministry of Intelligence agents in Karaj during the winter of 2025, together with his father, brother, and sister. The other three family members were later released on bail.

مهنام نواب‌صفوی، از بازداشت‌شدگان اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ و محبوس در زندان دستگرد اصفهان، از سوی شعبه پنجم دادگاه انقلاب اصفهان به ریاست قاضی همتی‌نژاد، به اتهام «محاربه» به اعدام محکوم شده است. مشارکت در تخریب اموال عمومی، تبلیغ علیه نظام، اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور و تشویق مردم به کشتار یکدیگر از دیگر اتهامات مطرح‌شده علیه اوست.

احد شکوهیان، شهروند ۳۸ ساله، نیز در شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی ایمان افشاری به سه بار اعدام محکوم شده است. اتهامات او شامل مشارکت در دو فقره قتل عمد، اقدام علیه امنیت ملی، اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور و تخریب اموال عمومی عنوان شده است. بنا بر گزارش‌ها، او در دوران بازداشت به وکیل منتخب خود دسترسی نداشته و وکیل تسخیری نیز تنها در یکی از جلسات دادگاه حاضر بوده است. شکوهیان در زندان قزل‌حصار کرج نگهداری می‌شود.

امیرحسن اکبری‌منفرد، زندانی سیاسی ۲۷ ساله محبوس در زندان اوین، نیز از سوی شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی ابوالقاسم صلواتی، به اتهام «بغی» از طریق عضویت در سازمان مجاهدین خلق به اعدام محکوم شده است. این حکم دو روز پیش به او ابلاغ شده است.

اکبری‌منفرد در زمستان ۱۴۰۳ همراه با پدر، برادر و خواهرش توسط مأموران اداره اطلاعات در کرج بازداشت شد. سه عضو دیگر خانواده بعداً با قرار وثیقه آزاد شدند.

According to a report published by Iran International, the death sentences of Akbar Arabzadeh and Mehdi Arabzadeh, two brothers detained in connection with the January 2026 protests, have been upheld, placing them at serious risk of execution.

Akbar and Mehdi Arabzadeh are residents of Ziar, in the central district of Isfahan County. Security forces arrested them in the Chamran area of Isfahan on January 10, 2026. Following interrogation, they were transferred to Dastgerd Prison in Isfahan, where they remain detained.

The brothers were tried together and sentenced to death on the charge of waging war against God (moharebeh). No details have been released regarding the court branch that issued the sentences, the evidence presented against them, the process through which the rulings were upheld, their access to independent legal counsel, or the circumstances in which statements attributed to them were obtained.

بر اساس گزارش ایران اینترنشنال، حکم اعدام اکبر عرب‌زاده و مهدی عرب‌زاده، دو برادر بازداشت‌شده در ارتباط با اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴، تأیید شده و جان آنان در معرض خطر قرار گرفته است.

این دو شهروند اهل زیار، از توابع بخش مرکزی شهرستان اصفهان، هستند. نیروهای امنیتی در منطقه چمران اصفهان، روز ۲۰ دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴، آنان را بازداشت کردند. اکبر و مهدی عرب‌زاده پس از بازجویی به زندان دستگرد اصفهان انتقال یافتند و همچنان در این زندان نگهداری می‌شوند.

این دو برادر در پرونده‌ای مشترک با اتهام «محاربه» محاکمه و به اعدام محکوم شده‌اند. جزئیاتی درباره شعبه صادرکننده رأی، مستندات پرونده، نحوه تأیید احکام، دسترسی آنان به وکیل مستقل و شرایط اخذ اظهارات منتسب به آنان منتشر نشده است.

Mehdi Zarif, a 23-year-old resident of Shandiz, near Mashhad in Razavi Khorasan Province, is reportedly at risk of imminent execution following his arrest during the January 2026 protests.

According to information provided by his relatives, Zarif participated in peaceful demonstrations in Shandiz on January 8 and 9 without carrying a weapon or engaging in violence. Security forces arrested him in Shandiz on January 10. After being interrogated by intelligence agents, he was transferred to Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad.

According to his family, he was charged with setting fire to a mosque, damaging public property, and waging war against God (moharebeh), and he was subsequently sentenced to death. His family also reports that intelligence authorities pressured them to remain silent by suggesting that the sentence could be reduced or overturned.

A recent phone call and notification that the family would be granted a final visit have heightened concerns that the execution may be imminent. If these reports are accurate, Zarif’s life is at immediate risk.

مهدی ظریف، ۲۳ ساله و اهل شاندیز مشهد در استان خراسان رضوی، از بازداشت‌شدگان اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ است که بنا بر اطلاعات دریافتی، با خطر اجرای حکم اعدام روبه‌روست. بر اساس اطلاعات منتشرشده از سوی نزدیکان او، مهدی ظریف در اعتراضات روزهای ۱۸ و ۱۹ دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ در شاندیز حضور داشته و در تجمعات مسالمت‌آمیز، بدون حمل سلاح یا اعمال خشونت، شرکت کرده است. او روز ۲۰ دی‌ماه در شاندیز بازداشت و پس از بازجویی در یکی از نهادهای امنیتی، به زندان وکیل‌آباد مشهد منتقل شد.
به گفته خانواده، در پرونده او اتهاماتی از جمله آتش‌زدن مسجد، تخریب اموال عمومی و محاربه مطرح شده و در نهایت به صدور حکم اعدام انجامیده است. خانواده همچنین می‌گویند در طول روند رسیدگی، تحت فشار نهادهای امنیتی قرار گرفته‌اند و با وعده کاهش یا نقض حکم، به سکوت تشویق شده‌اند. بنا بر این گزارش، تماس اخیر با خانواده و اعلام برگزاری آخرین ملاقات، نگرانی‌ها درباره احتمال قریب‌الوقوع بودن اجرای حکم را افزایش داده است. در صورت صحت این اطلاعات، جان مهدی ظریف در خطر جدی قرار دارد.

فرهاد باغچقی، شهروند ساکن بجنورد، و سعید باغچقی، کودک ۱۶ ساله اهل همین شهر، از سوی شعبه ۱۰۳ دادگاه کیفری بجنورد به احکام حبس تعزیری محکوم شده‌اند. بر اساس اطلاعات منتشرشده، فرهاد باغچقی علاوه بر سه سال حبس، به ۷۴ ضربه شلاق نیز محکوم شده است.

بر اساس گزارش منتشرشده توسط هه‌نگاو، فرهاد باغچقی به اتهام‌های «اخلال در نظم و آسایش عمومی از طریق شرکت در تجمعات»، «تمرد نسبت به مأموران دولت حین انجام وظیفه» و «درگیری با مأموران» به سه سال حبس و ۷۴ ضربه شلاق محکوم شده و سعید باغچقی نیز به دو سال و چهار ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است.

بر پایه اطلاعات منتشرشده، فرهاد باغچقی روز ۱۸ دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴، در جریان اعتراضات، بدون ارائه حکم قضایی توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شد. او حدود دو ماه را در بازداشتگاه‌های امنیتی و زندان بجنورد، از جمله در سلول انفرادی، سپری کرد و سپس با تودیع وثیقه پنج میلیارد تومانی به‌طور موقت آزاد شد.

گزارش‌ها همچنین حاکی است که حکم فرهاد باغچقی به‌صورت غیابی صادر شده و او در طول دوران بازداشت از حق دسترسی به وکیل و ملاقات با خانواده محروم بوده است.

سعید باغچقی، کودک ۱۶ ساله، نیز روز ۱۹ دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ توسط نیروهای حکومتی بازداشت شد و پس از چند ماه حبس، در تیرماه ۱۴۰۵ از زندان آزاد شد. سپس شعبه ۱۰۳ دادگاه کیفری بجنورد او را به دو سال و چهار ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم کرد.

Farhad Baghcheqi, a resident of Bojnord, North Khorasan Province, and Saeed Baghcheqi, a 16-year-old boy from the same city, have been sentenced to prison by Branch 103 of the Bojnord Criminal Court. According to the available information, Farhad Baghcheqi was also received 74 lashes in addition to a three-year prison sentence.

According to a report published by Hengaw, Farhad Baghcheqi was sentenced to three years' imprisonment and 74 lashes on charges of "disrupting public order by participating in gatherings," "resisting government officers while performing their duties," and "assaulting law enforcement officers." Branch 18 of the Khuzestan Province Court of Appeals has upheld the one-year prison sentence issued against Kokab Bodaghi, a teacher and union activist from Izeh.

Under the final ruling, Bodaghi was sentenced to one year in prison on the charge of disseminating propaganda against the Islamic Republic. The appeals court rejected her request for review, stating that the original judgment was based on ordinary judicial knowledge derived from the evidence and circumstances contained in the case file and that no grounds existed to overturn it.

The judges of Branch 18 upheld the sentence pursuant to Article 455(a) of Iran’s Code of Criminal Procedure and declared the ruling final.

Bodaghi is a prominent teachers’ union activist in Khuzestan Province who has faced repeated judicial prosecution and administrative pressure in recent years.

شعبه هجدهم دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان خوزستان، حکم یک سال حبس تعزیری صادره علیه کوکب بداغی، معلم و فعال صنفی اهل ایذه، را تأیید کرد.

بر اساس رأی قطعی این دادگاه، کوکب بداغی به اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران» به یک سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است. دادگاه تجدیدنظر با رد درخواست تجدیدنظر، اعلام کرده است که رأی دادگاه بدوی بر پایه «علم متعارف حاصل از دلایل و قرائن موجود در پرونده» صادر شده و دلیلی برای نقض آن وجود ندارد.

بر همین اساس، مستشاران شعبه هجدهم دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان خوزستان با استناد به بند «الف» ماده ۴۵۵ قانون آیین دادرسی کیفری، حکم صادره را تأیید کرده و اعلام کرده‌اند که این رأی قطعی است.

کوکب بداغی از معلمان و فعالان شناخته‌شده صنفی در استان خوزستان است که در سال‌های اخیر با پیگردهای قضایی و فشارهای اداری روبه‌رو بوده است.

مصطفی رمضانی، زندانی سیاسی محبوس در زندان قزل‌حصار کرج، اعلام کرده است که روز یکشنبه ۴ مرداد ۱۴۰۵، هنگام مراجعه به بهداری مرکزی زندان، هدف توهین، هتاکی جنسی و ضرب‌وجرح قرار گرفته است.

به گفته رمضانی، حمید اسدی، از مأموران حاضر در بهداری، در حالی که به‌گفته او «به شکلی آشکار در شرایط طبیعی به سر نمی‌برد»، با استفاده از الفاظ رکیک و توهین‌آمیز، او و خانواده‌اش را هدف هتاکی جنسی قرار داده و عملاً در روند درمان وی اخلال ایجاد کرده است. رمضانی می‌گوید این مأمور سپس با کمک تعدادی از همکارانش او را مورد ضرب‌وجرح قرار داده است.

این زندانی سیاسی همچنین تأکید کرده است: «من هیچ‌گونه بیماری زمینه‌ای، روحی یا جسمی نداشته‌ام و هرچه بر سرم آمده، محصول عملکرد پزشکان ناکارآمد جمهوری اسلامی است.»

رمضانی این رفتارها را بخشی از روند مستمر بدرفتاری با زندانیان سیاسی در زندان‌های جمهوری اسلامی دانسته است.

Mostafa Ramezani, a political prisoner held at Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj, reported that he was subjected to verbal abuse, sexual insults, and physical assault while visiting the prison’s central infirmary on Sunday, July 26, 2026.

According to Ramezani, Hamid Asadi, an officer present at the infirmary who “clearly did not appear to be in a normal state,” used obscene and degrading language and directed sexual insults at Ramezani and members of his family. Ramezani stated that Asadi deliberately disrupted his medical treatment before enlisting the assistance of other officers to beat him.

Ramezani further stated: “I had no pre-existing physical or psychological condition. Everything that has happened to me is the result of the conduct of incompetent medical personnel serving the Islamic Republic.”

He described the incident as part of a longstanding pattern of mistreatment targeting political prisoners across Iran’s prison system.

بر اساس اطلاعاتی که به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران رسیده، شماری از بازداشت‌شدگان اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ در شاندیز مشهد با پرونده‌های سنگین قضایی روبه‌رو هستند و نگرانی‌ها درباره وضعیت آنان افزایش یافته است. منابع آگاه می‌گویند ایلیا اکبری، علی زاغی، مهدی ظریف، متین شبانی، فرشاد حسین‌پور، مجید حسین‌پور، حسین صفرپور، سجاد چرانی و حسین رسولی از جمله افرادی هستند که در این پرونده تحت پیگرد قرار گرفته‌اند. به گفته این منابع، جان تمامی این افراد در خطر است و مهدی ظریف و علی زاغی بیش از دیگران با خطر اجرای حکم اعدام مواجه هستند.

بر پایه اطلاعات دریافتی و گزارش‌های منتشرشده، مهدی ظریف، جوان اهل شاندیز که در جریان اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ بازداشت شد، از سوی دادگاه انقلاب مشهد به اعدام محکوم شده است. منابع مطلع اعلام کرده‌اند که این حکم با استناد به قانون «تشدید مجازات جاسوسی و همکاری با رژیم صهیونیستی و کشورهای متخاصم» و همچنین اتهاماتی از جمله محاربه صادر شده است. گزارش‌ها همچنین حاکی از آن است که در رأی دادگاه، هیچ مدرکی دال بر ارتباط مستقیم او با دولت‌های خارجی، دریافت دستور، تأمین مالی یا همکاری سازمان‌یافته ارائه نشده و پرونده عمدتاً بر مبنای حضور او در اعتراضات و اقداماتی که در جریان آن به وی نسبت داده شده، شکل گرفته است.

منابع نزدیک به خانواده مهدی ظریف می‌گویند آنان در ماه‌های گذشته تحت فشار نهادهای امنیتی از اطلاع‌رسانی درباره پرونده خودداری کرده بودند. با این حال، تماس اخیر برای انجام آخرین ملاقات، نگرانی‌ها درباره اجرای قریب‌الوقوع حکم اعدام را به شدت افزایش داده است.
