نیروهای حکومتی پیکر او را بلافاصله از محل حادثه منتقل کرده و خانواده اش را تحت فشار قرار دادند تا علت مرگ را «تصادف» اعلام کنند. تحویل جسد تنها پس از امضای تعهد از سوی خانواده و پذیرش روایت اعلام‌ شده توسط فرمانداری انجام شد و در غیر این صورت خانواده از دریافت پیکر محروم می‌شدند.

پیکر صادق قربانی در بهشت فاطمه در قلعه حسن‌خان (شهر قدس) به خاک سپرده شد. خانواده وی در ۲۲ دی‌ ماه جسد را تحویل گرفتند، مراسم تدفین در ۲۳ دی برگزار شد و مراسم سوگواری نیز در ۲۶ دی‌ ماه برگزار گردید.

Nahid Vaez, 34, a resident of Zibashahr in Qazvin Province, was shot in the head and neck by law enforcement forces on the evening of January 9, 2026, while attending protests with her husband. بر اساس اطلاعات رسیده به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، نیروهای انتظامی و امنیتی بلافاصله پس از وقوع حادثه، پیکر ناهید واعظ را از محل انتقال داده و از تحویل آن به خانواده جلوگیری کردند. این گزارش حاکی است که تحویل جسد تنها پس از پرداخت مبلغی تحت عنوان دیه، معادل حدود ۴۰۰ میلیون تومان ممکن شد. همچنین خانواده از برگزاری مراسم عمومی سوگواری منع شده‌اند.

According to information received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Parnia Shad Bejarkenari, 23, was killed by security forces outside her home in the Rashtian neighborhood of Rasht, Gilan Province, on the evening of January 8, 2026. She reportedly participated in protests in Rasht’s Sabzeh Meydan earlier that night. At the time of her death, no protests were ongoing.

The same source also reports that Bejarkenari’s cousin, Meisam Zarei Bejarkenari, 39, who worked in the Rasht Bazaar, was killed the following night, January 9, by state security forces in the vicinity of the Bazaar.

Nearly one month has passed since the arrest of Kamran Rezaei, 28, in Fardis, Karaj, by security forces. No official or reliable information has been provided to his family regarding his whereabouts, physical condition, or even whether he remains alive.

According to information received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Kamran Rezaei was arrested on the evening of Friday, January 9, 2026, at approximately 11:30 p.m., in front of the Fardis police station in Karaj. He was reportedly held initially at Ghezel Hesar Prison and subsequently transferred to Kachoui Prison in Alborz Province. The health of Rojin Hosseini-Nejad, a 20-year-old Baha’i citizen detained in Kerman Prison, has been reported as serious and at significant risk.

She suffers from liver cirrhosis, and according to both specialist physicians and the prison doctor, she is not medically fit to remain in detention. Continued lack of access to specialized medical care may pose a serious threat to her life. She requires urgent medical attention.

Reports indicate that Kokab Badaghi, a labor activist, has gone missing after appearing at the Ministry of Intelligence office in Izeh, Khuzestan Province. She was reportedly summoned to provide explanations regarding the charge of “disseminating propaganda against the government.”

According to her family, in the early hours of the morning on January 26, 2026, individuals identifying themselves as affiliated with the IRGC Intelligence Organization entered the family home by climbing over a wall, without presenting identification. They confiscated a mobile phone, a laptop, her birth certificate, and other personal belongings and documents.

به گفته خانواده، دوشنبه ۶ بهمن، ساعت ۵ بامداد افرادی که خود را وابسته به اطلاعات سپاه معرفی کرده‌اند، بدون ارائه مدارک شناسایی و با ورود غیرقانونی به منزل از طریق دیوار وارد خانه شده‌اند. این افراد تلفن همراه، لپ‌تاپ، شناسنامه و سایر وسایل و مدارک شخصی را با خود برده‌اند.
پس از این رویداد، به کوکب بداغی اعلام شده بود که ساعت ۸ صبح همان روز برای پیگیری پرونده خود به اداره اطلاعات مراجعه کند. او پیش‌تر نیز به دلیل فعالیت‌های صنفی‌اش در چند نوبت به این نهاد احضار شده بود.

The source said that approximately 12 plainclothes agents entered the home and conducted a hours-long, comprehensive search. During the search, agents confiscated personal belongings, including a mobile phone, and stated they were searching for firearms—a claim the family says had no basis, noting that no weapons were found. Despite this, Ghasemi was handcuffed and transferred to an undisclosed location after the search concluded.
