Mehrpouya Abdollahi Piani, a 24-year-old resident of Fooladshahr, Isfahan Province, was buried on February 4, 2026. He had been shot and arrested in Kerman on January 8, 2026, and was subsequently subjected to a period of enforced disappearance.

According to information received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Mr. Abdollahi, who was a student in Kerman at the time, went missing after sustaining gunshot wounds during protests. Despite repeated inquiries and sustained efforts by his family to determine his condition and whereabouts, authorities allegedly failed to provide any information. The family reportedly received his body on or about February 1, 2026.

Certain sources have stated that his body bore visible gunshot wounds and other injuries; some accounts circulated on social media, however, have not referenced these alleged findings.

Reports further indicate that security forces conditioned the release of his body upon the family’s compliance with specific demands, including signing a written statement identifying him as a member of the Basij or paying a sum of money reportedly requested by the authorities.

بر اساس گزارش‌های دریافتی از سوی مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، مهرپویا عبداللهی پیدنی، جوان ۲۴ ساله اهل فولادشهر، که در تاریخ ۱۸ دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ پس از اصابت گلوله در کرمان توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و ناپدید شده بود، روز چهارشنبه ۱۵ بهمن‌ماه به خاک سپرده شد.

آقای عبداللهی، دانشجوی ساکن کرمان، پس از زخمی شدن در جریان اعتراضات مفقودالاثر شد و پیگیری‌ها و تلاش‌های خانواده وی برای اطلاع از وضعیت او بی‌نتیجه ماند. بنا بر این گزارش‌ها، خانواده او پس از مراجعات و پیگیری‌های مستمر، حدود ۱۲ بهمن‌ماه پیکر وی را تحویل گرفتند. برخی منابع از وجود آثار اصابت گلوله و جراحات بر بدن او خبر داده‌اند، در حالی که در شماری از گزارش‌های منتشرشده در فضای مجازی اشاره‌ای به این موضوع نشده است.

همچنین گزارش شده است که نیروهای امنیتی تحویل پیکر را منوط به پذیرش شروطی از سوی خانواده کرده بودند؛ از جمله امضای تعهدنامه‌ای مبنی بر بسیجی بودن وی یا پرداخت مبلغی که از سوی آنان مطالبه شده بود.

بر اساس اطلاعات رسیده به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، دو برادر به نام‌های مسیح عباسخانی دوانلو و محسن عباسخانی دوانلو که در جریان اعتراضات دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ بازداشت شده‌اند، هم‌اکنون در زندان ساری نگهداری، و با اتهام «محاربه» و خطر صدور حکم اعدام مواجه هستند.
این دو برادر در روز ۱۸ دی‌ماه در خیابان ها حضور داشته‌اند. در جریان درگیری‌ها میان معترضان و یک نیروی بسیج، تنش فیزیکی کوتاهی رخ داده است. مقام‌های قضایی کشته‌شدن یکی از نیروهای بسیج را به این دو برادر نسبت داده‌اند.

According to information received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center (IHRDC), two brothers, Masih Abbaskhani Davanlou and Mohsen Abbaskhani Davanlou, who were arrested during the January 2026 protests, are currently being held in prison in Sari, Mazandaran Province, and are facing charges of moharebeh (“waging war against God”), an offense that carries the death penalty.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Amirhossein Raznahan, a 17-year-old from Yasuj in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, was arrested on Saturday, February 14, in front of Yasuj Martyrs’ Cemetery, reportedly following a violent confrontation. The report further alleges that he was subjected to torture during interrogation. He is currently being held at the city’s juvenile rehabilitation and detention facility, raising serious concerns about his physical wellbeing and the conditions of his confinement.

A fortieth-day memorial ceremony was held on Wednesday, February 18, for three members of one family: Bijan Mostafavi, Zahra Bani Amerian, and Danial Mostafavi.

Bijan Mostafavi, a 55-year-old retired education worker, Zahra Bani Amerian, a 48-year-old retiree of the Social Security Organization, and their 19-year-old son, Danial Mostafavi, a computer science student, were killed on Friday, January 9, 2026, during nationwide protests in Gohardasht, a district of Karaj in Alborz province, when their vehicle was reportedly struck by gunfire from state security forces. The family’s older son, Davoud Mostafavi, 27, was seriously wounded and transferred to hospital.

According to reports, the family located and identified the bodies the following day at the Kahrizak morgue in Tehran. Sources indicate that security officials conditioned Davoud Mostafavi’s release from hospital on the burial of his family members without a public ceremony and before sunrise. The victims, originally from Sonqor in Kermanshah, were ultimately buried in Sonqor Koliai under heavy security measures.

بیژن مصطفوی، پدر ۵۵ ساله و بازنشسته آموزش‌وپرورش، زهرا بنی‌عامریان، مادر ۴۸ ساله و بازنشسته سازمان تأمین اجتماعی، و دانیال مصطفوی، فرزند ۱۹ ساله و دانشجوی رشته کامپیوتر، روز جمعه ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ در جریان اعتراضات سراسری در منطقه گوهردشت کرج و در داخل خودروی شخصی خود هدف تیراندازی نیروهای امنیتی قرار گرفته و جان باختند. همچنین داوود مصطفوی، فرزند بزرگ‌تر خانواده، ۲۷ ساله، به‌شدت مجروح و به بیمارستان منتقل شد.

بر اساس گزارش‌ها، پیکر این افراد روز بعد توسط خانواده در کهریزک شناسایی شد. به گفته منابع مطلع، مأموران امنیتی آزادی داوود مصطفوی از بیمارستان را منوط به خاکسپاری اعضای خانواده بدون برگزاری مراسم و پیش از طلوع آفتاب اعلام کردند. پیکر این خانواده که اصالتاً اهل سنقر هستند، با حضور نیروهای امنیتی و تحت تدابیر شدید در سنقر کلیایی به خاک سپرده شد.

بر اساس اطلاعات رسیده به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، شروین باقریان جبلی، نوجوان ۱۷ ساله اهل اصفهان، تحت شکنجه شدید مجبور به اعتراف به قتل نیروهای بسیج در جریان اعتراضات اصفهان در شب ۱۸ دی شده است. لازم به ذکر است که این اعتراف تحت فشار شدید و در شرایط غیرقانونی اخذ شده است.
اکنون خطر صدور حکم اعدام برای او بسیار جدی است و این احتمال وجود دارد که بر اساس همین اعتراف اجباری اخذ شده تحت شکنجه، حکم اعدام برای وی صادر شود. در هفته های گذشته نیز صفحه فارسی وزارت خارجه ایالات متحده در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس نسبت به وضعیت او ابراز نگرانی کرده و اعلام کرده بود که او به جرمی که مرتکب نشده اعتراف اجباری کرده و اکنون با خطر اعدام مواجه است.

بر اساس گزارشی که به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران رسیده است، محمدپارسا امینی، نوجوان ۱۷ ساله و ساکن کرج، شامگاه ۱۸ دی‌ ماه ۱۴۰۴ بر اثر اصابت گلوله جنگی جان خود را از دست داد.

طبق این گزارش، او در منطقه فردیس کرج و در حالی که برای کمک به فردی مجروح خم شده بود، هدف تیراندازی قرار گرفت. گلوله پس از ورود از ناحیه کمر، به قلب او اصابت کرد. خانواده این نوجوان پیکر او را از درمانگاهی که به آن منتقل شده بود به منزل برده و تا صبح روز بعد در حیاط خانه نگه داشتند، تا امکان انجام مراحل قانونی تدفین فراهم شود. آنها سرانجام پس از چهار روز موفق به دریافت مجوز دفن شدند و پیکر فرزند خود را به خاک سپردند.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Mohammad-Parsa Amini, a 17-year-old resident of Karaj, Alborz Province, died on the evening of January 8, 2026, as a result of being struck by live ammunition.

As detailed in the report, he was shot in the Fardis district of Karaj while bending down to assist an injured individual. The bullet entered through his lower back and struck his heart. The family subsequently transferred his body from the clinic where he had been taken to their home, where it remained in the yard until the following morning, pending the completion of the required legal burial formalities. طبق این گزارش، خانم جهان‌تیغ بیش از یک ماه پیش بازداشت شده است. امید ذبیحی در تاریخ دوم اسفند ۱۴۰۴ و میثم یزدانی، هدی فوری، مریم میرزایی و نیکا محمدی در سوم اسفند ۱۴۰۴، به دلیل فعالیت در فضای مجازی و حضور در مراسم چهلم جان‌باختگان اعتراضات سراسری اخیر، توسط سازمان اطلاعات سپاه بازداشت گردیده اند.

بر اساس اطلاعات دریافتی، تاکنون تنها میثم یزدانی آزاد شده است. تا زمان تنظیم این گزارش، از محل نگهداری سایر بازداشت‌شدگان، وضعیت آنان و اتهامات احتمالی مطروحه علیه ایشان اطلاعی در دست نیست.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Omid Zabihi (a former political prisoner from the 2022 nationwide protests), Meysam Yazdani (uncle of the late Mohammad-Javad Zahedi, one of the protesters killed in 2022), Sanaz Jahan Tigh (a former political prisoner from the 2022 protests), Hoda Fori, Maryam Mirzaei, and Nika Mohammadi have been arrested in the city of Sari, Mazandaran Province.

The report indicates that Ms. Jahan Tigh was detained more than a month ago. Omid Zabihi was arrested on February 21, 2026, and Meysam Yazdani, Hoda Fori, Maryam Mirzaei, and Nika Mohammadi were apprehended on February 22, 2026, by the IRGC Intelligence, due to their online activities and participation in the 40th-day memorial ceremonies for protesters killed in the recent nationwide protests.

بر اساس گزارشی که به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران رسیده است، فاطمه پورصادقی، معلم ۳۲ ساله و مادر یک کودک هشت‌ساله، روز ۱۹ دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ در رشت بر اثر اصابت گلوله جنگی به قلب جان خود را از دست داد.

طبق این گزارش، او در یکی از کوچه‌های خیابان فرهنگ رشت، همراه با جمعی از معترضان، هدف تیراندازی نیروهای یگان ویژه و افراد مسلح موتورسوار وابسته به سپاه قرار گرفت و پس از انتقال به بیمارستان درگذشت. مأموران امنیتی از خانواده وی خواستند که فاطمه را به‌عنوان «بسیجی» معرفی کنند، اما خانواده این درخواست را رد کردند. نهایتاً با ارائه تعهد و وساطت یکی از آشنایان خانواده که در نیروهای مسلح فعالیت دارد، پیکر وی به خانواده تحویل داده شد. خانم پورصادقی در شهر رودبار و تحت تدابیر شدید امنیتی به خاک سپرده شد.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Fatemeh Pour-Sadeghi, a 32-year-old teacher and mother of an eight-year-old child, was killed on January 9, 2026, in Rasht, Gilan Province, as a result of a gunshot wound to the heart.

The report states that she, along with a group of protesters, was targeted by gunfire from the Special Units and armed motorcycle riders affiliated with the IRGC in an alley on Farhang Street in Rasht. She was subsequently transferred to a hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries. Security forces reportedly requested that her family present her as a “Basiji,” a demand which the family refused. Ultimately, the body was released to the family after the provision of a formal undertaking and the intervention of an acquaintance of the family who is affiliated with the armed forces. Ms. Pour-Sadeghi was buried in the city of Rudbar, Gilan province, under strict security measures.
