Exclusive - According to a report received by Iran Human Rights Documentation Center (IHRDC), Iman Kazemi, a 32-year-old engineer from Shahr-e Rey in Tehran Province, was killed on January 8, 2026, in the Nazi Abad neighborhood of Tehran after being shot with live ammunition fired by security forces of the Islamic Republic. According to the report, he was targeted during an encounter between security forces and civilians.
