حکم اعدام برای چهار معترض در شیراز
دادگاه انقلاب شیراز چهار تن از بازداشتشدگان اعتراضات دیماه را به اعدام محکوم کرد.
بر اساس گزارش «کمیته پیگیری بازداشتشدگان»،
حمیدرضا فتحی، عبدالرضا فتحی، سعید زارعی کردشولی و حمیدرضا ثابترای
در ارتباط با اعتراضات مرودشت بازداشت شده و توسط شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب شیراز به ریاست قاضی سیدمحمود ساداتی به اعدام محکوم شدهاند.
گزارشها حاکی از آن است که متهمان این پرونده تحت شکنجههای شدید قرار گرفتهاند.
در مورد سعید زارعی کردشولی، گفته شده که هنگام بازداشت دچار شکستگیهای متعدد در صورت، پاها و دندهها شده است.
بر اساس این گزارشها، این افراد تحت فشار مجبور به پذیرش اتهام قتل «پنج مأمور سپاه» شدهاند.
همچنین اعلام شده که در این پرونده، افراد دیگری نیز بازداشت شدهاند که هنوز حکمی برای آنها صادر نشده است.

🔴 Four Protesters Sentenced to Death in Shiraz
Iran’s Revolutionary Court in Shiraz has sentenced four detainees from the January protests to death.
According to the “Committee for Follow-up of Detainees,”
Hamidreza Fathi, Abdolreza Fathi, Saeed Zarei Kordshouli, and Hamidreza Sabet-Raei
were arrested in connection with protests in Marvdasht and sentenced by Branch 1 of the Shiraz Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Seyed Mahmoud Sadati.
Reports indicate that the defendants were subjected to severe torture.
In the case of Saeed Zarei Kordshouli, he reportedly suffered multiple fractures to his face, legs, and ribs during detention.
They are said to have been forced under pressure to confess to the قتل of “five IRGC agents.”
Additional detainees are reportedly involved in the same case, with no verdict yet issued for them.

Le tribunal révolutionnaire de Chiraz a condamné à mort quatre personnes arrêtées lors des manifestations de janvier.
Selon le « Comité de suivi des détenus », Hamidreza Fathi, Abdolreza Fathi, Saeed Zarei Kordshouli et Hamidreza Sabet-Raei
ont été arrêtés en lien avec les manifestations de Marvdasht et condamnés par la première chambre du tribunal révolutionnaire de Chiraz, présidée par le juge Seyed Mahmoud Sadati.
Des informations font état de tortures sévères infligées aux accusés.
Saeed Zarei Kordshouli aurait subi de multiples fractures au visage, aux jambes et aux côtes lors de sa détention.
Ils auraient été contraints, sous pression, d’avouer le meurtre de « cinq membres des Gardiens de la révolution ».
D’autres personnes sont également détenues dans cette affaire, sans qu’un verdict n’ait encore été prononcé.

ساسان آزادوار، جوان ۲۱ ساله اهل اصفهان که در جریان اعتراضات دیماه بازداشت شده بود، امروز توسط دستگاه قضایی جمهوری اسلامی اعدام شد.
قوه قضاییه اتهامهای او را «همکاری مؤثر با دشمن»، «تخریب خودروی نیروی انتظامی»، «تحریک مردم به درگیری و ناامنی» و «تشویق به اعتراضات» اعلام کرده بود؛
اتهامهایی امنیتی که پیشتر نیز در پروندههای معترضان برای صدور احکام سنگین و مجازات مرگ به کار رفتهاند.
روند رسیدگی به این پرونده با ابهامها و نگرانیهای جدی درباره رعایت دادرسی عادلانه همراه بوده است.

Sasan Azadvar, a 21-year-old from Isfahan who was arrested during the January protests, was executed today by Iran’s judiciary.
Authorities had charged him with “effective cooperation with hostile entities,” “damaging a police vehicle,” “inciting unrest,” and “encouraging protests”, charges frequently used in cases involving protesters and carrying severe penalties.
Reports indicate serious concerns regarding due process and the fairness of the trial.
⚠️ Sasan Azadvar was only 21 years old.

Les autorités l’avaient accusé de « collaboration avec des entités hostiles », de « dégradation de biens publics », d’« incitation à des troubles » et d’« encouragement aux manifestations », des accusations fréquemment utilisées dans les affaires liées aux protestations.
Des préoccupations sérieuses ont été soulevées concernant le respect des garanties d’un procès équitable.
