ثبت شکایت کیفری علیه کاظم غریبآبادی در سوئیس | اتهام جنایت علیه بشریت، همزمان با مذاکرات ژنو
همزمان با برگزاری دور سوم مذاکرات جمهوری اسلامی و آمریکا در ژنو، یک شکایت کیفری علیه کاظم غریبآبادی، معاون وزیر خارجه جمهوری اسلامی و عضو هیئت مذاکرهکننده، در سوئیس ثبت شده است.
این شکایت از سوی یک شهروند ایرانی-سوئیسی مطرح شده و او را به «جنایت علیه بشریت» در ارتباط با سرکوب اعتراضات سراسری «زن، زندگی، آزادی» پس از جانباختن ژینا (مهسا) امینی متهم میکند.
بر اساس متن شکایت، با توجه به جایگاه و مسئولیت سلسلهمراتبی، غریبآبادی میتواند به عنوان همدست یا مسئول در جنایات سیستماتیک علیه معترضان تلقی شود؛ از جمله ادعاهایی درباره کشتار، شکنجه، تجاوز در بازداشتگاهها و سرکوب خشونتآمیز اعتراضات مسالمتآمیز—مواردی که در گزارشهای حقوق بشری درباره آنها هشدار داده شده است.
دو وکیل پرونده در بیانیهای خواستار اقدام فوری مقامهای سوئیسی شدهاند.
در همین حال، دادستانی کل سوئیس اعلام کرده شکایت را دریافت کرده و پرونده «طبق روال معمول در حال بررسی است»، اما تأکید کرده ثبت شکایت لزوماً به معنای آغاز رسیدگی قضایی نیست.
این پرونده بر مبنای اصل «صلاحیت جهانی» ثبت شده؛ اصلی که امکان پیگیری اتهامهای جنایت علیه بشریت را بدون توجه به محل وقوع جرم فراهم میکند.

Criminal complaint filed in Switzerland against #Kazem_Gharibabadi | Alleged crimes against humanity amid Geneva talks
As the third round of talks between the Islamic Republic and the United States takes place in Geneva, a criminal complaint has reportedly been filed in Switzerland against Kazem Gharibabadi, Iran’s deputy foreign minister and a member of the regime’s negotiating team.
Filed by an Iranian-Swiss citizen, the complaint accuses Gharibabadi of “crimes against humanity” in connection with the violent crackdown on the “Woman, Life, Freedom” nationwide protests following the death of Jina (Mahsa) Amini in morality police custody.
According to the complaint, due to his senior role and chain-of-command responsibility, he could be considered an accomplice or responsible official for systematic abuses against protesters—allegations including killings, widespread torture, sexual violence in detention, and violent repression of peaceful demonstrations, as documented in human rights reporting.
The lawyers involved have called for swift action by Swiss authorities.
Switzerland’s Office of the Attorney General confirmed receipt and said the case is under routine review, while noting that a complaint does not automatically mean judicial proceedings have begun.
The filing is reportedly based on universal jurisdiction, which allows Switzerland to pursue allegations of crimes against humanity regardless of where the crimes occurred.
