#Taybeh, the last fully Christian village in the occupied West Bank, is facing an escalating campaign of violence and intimidation by surrounding Israeli settlers.

Surrounded by illegal settlements, outposts, and military gates, residents say their lands and historic religious sites are routinely targeted by arson attacks, vandalism, and armed harassment aimed at forcing them to leave the area.

Speaking to Middle East Eye's Jerusalem bureau chief Lubna Masarwa, Father Bashar Fawadleh, the Latin parish priest of Taybeh, detailed what daily life looks like under constant encirclement and how the community is fighting to survive on its ancestral land.
