Ursula von der Leyen the Fuhrer of the European Commission. Her husband, Heiko von der Leyen, is the medical director of Orgenesis.
Orgenesis is a company that transports and commercially processes human organs, cells, and tissue. Orgenesis didn't actually start as a biotechnology company. It actually started as a Nevada-based shell company called Business Outsourcing Services. It originally registered with the SEC as a general business services company, and still today, its SEC classification has nothing to do with biotechnology.
The original Business Outsourcing Services had one employee, no subsidiaries, no patents, no trademarks, no biotechnology, just a website that said "still under construction" and plans to provide online bookkeeping.
Singapore-based men controlled it: Guilbert Cuison, a network engineer working for Citigroup, and Jerome Golez, a sales executive at Kenwood Electronics. Together, they owned 69.9% of the shares.
The company's registration statement openly said it might accept a sale, merger, or acquisition. This was a public shell waiting for another business.
On June 28th, 2011, Oded Shvartz, an Israeli-Romanian businessman, bought 317,912 restricted shares. The agreement also gave him the option to buy another 309,742 shares that placed as much as 30% of the company within his reach. The SEC identifies this person as Oded Shvartz, a citizen of Israel and Romania, President of the Amraz Romania S.R.L. with a business address at 130 Biruinței Boulevard, Pantelimon, Ilfov, Romania.
February 2014, Orgenesis' OTC certification lists him at the same Romanian address, only this time he has 21.8% of ownership. Amraz Romania, the company that he is also the President of, is actually the Romanian subsidiary of an Israeli packaging company owned by Ampa Group and Coca-Cola Israel's central bottling company. He was running the Eastern European arm of an Israeli plastics conglomerate when he bought his positions in Orgenesis.

Brussels has always been a temple of quiet deals and louder betrayals, but this one takes the crown. Ursula von der Leyen, unelected high priestess of the EU Commission, green-lit one of the biggest cash grabs in modern history: a 71-billion-euro contract to flood the continent with 4.6 billion Pfizer vaccine doses — ten for every man, woman and child. At the same time her husband Heiko was sitting pretty as medical director of Orgenesis, the outfit wired straight into the mRNA and cell-therapy pipeline that turned those contracts into pure gold for the right people.
Frau Hodl (@FrauHodl) did the forensic work the West's client media never will. She dropped the org chart that maps the EU money laundering op running right into the von der Leyen family orbit — the interlocking companies, the funding trails, the quiet corporate handshakes that make a mockery of any notion of public service. This isn’t some distant “conflict of interest.” This is the EU’s operating system: a self-licking ice cream cone where the rulers and their corporate bedfellows feast while the rest of us foot the bill and swallow the consequences.
They even deleted the SMS messages that would have shown how the Pfizer deal was really stitched together. Evidence vanished into the ether, just like that. Classic Brussels. Opaque by design, arrogant by nature, and now caught red handed turning a public health emergency into a private family windfall.
The whole machine needs ripping out by the roots. Not reformed but dismantled. Because when the guardians of “Europe” treat the continent like their personal ATM, the only thing left standing is the stench of institutional rot.

Qassam al-Sane’e never imagined that his hands, which he once used to type on a keyboard, would one day grip a heavy sledgehammer to break through concrete.
Al-Sane’e, 35, had studied information #technology at Al-Azhar #University. Before Israel’s war on Gaza began in October 2023, he designed websites and provided technical support at a computer repair shop.
