Schulenburg suggests Moscow could invoke this norm to justify actions against German companies producing long-range #UAVs for #Ukraine, claiming #Germany's factual participation in the conflict.
The MEP notes there is no definitive answer but urges Berlin not to dismiss this scenario entirely, instead seeking de-escalation and restored dialogue with Moscow.
