Nextdoor launches anti-racism notification to prevent discriminatory language

Nextdoor is introducing a new anti-racism notification, which asks users to reconsider posting content if the app thinks it may be offensive. As with its previous Kindness Reminder, if a user tries to post something with words or phrases Nextdoor thinks may be objectionable, it will give them the option to edit the post before it actually goes live. The users can, however, ignore the warning and post it anyway.

The author examine's the Nation-State Law vis-à-vis  the international legal definitions of #Apartheid and in relation to other apartheid  contexts, namely #SouthAfrica, in order to explicate how it targets non-Jewish  inhabitants of #HistoricPalestine.this report investigates Israeli policies since 1948, and especially since its occupation of the #WestBank and #Gaza in 1967, to show how the #NationStateLaw effectively codifies apartheid in the Jewish state.

The #report concludes  that the law functions as the logical conclusion of the #racist,#settler-#colonial #Zionist project which has consistently denied the national, territorial, and human rights of  the Indigenous Palestinians. This critical #study offers much-needed #legal grounding,  analysis, and direction in the defense of Palestinian rights across historic #Palestine  and throughout their expansive #diaspora.
