So where do we go from here?
We’ve hit an impasse.
Are we to be a play of Shakespeare?
Or let’s just hit pause.
My fingers are shaking, lips trembling
Voice has lost its tenor.
My knees threaten to bend, buckling
Eyes meek in manner.
How do I tell you the truth?
How do I pursue this path?
I am powerless, forsooth.
But how can I avoid the aftermath?
Fly far away, my love
I won’t stop you today.
Must I follow you to the skies above
Or die in deep dismay?
Here, we’re at an impasse
For the world may well be lost.
I, for one, shall let my heart pass
Away and get covered with frost.

So many times you have tried to put me through pain and sorrow.
So many times you have tried to serve me fear and doubt and told me I could never reach my goal.
So many times you have tried to shut me down and made me believe I got no strength to carry on.
O yes! I’ve suffered but I’ll suffer more to get to my destination.
O yes! I’ve been through pain but it has made me stronger.
O yes! I’ve doubted my myself, my journey and succumbed to fear of the unknown but I rose above it all and I’m on my way to being a better me.

It has been my pleasure to be running around when I was younger than this but some years i thought I ceased not knowing I only seized, now;
To my surprise I am still running, this time around a circle, With no tiredness in my veins
To my surprise I am still running, this time in zig-zag order, with zero fatigue in my artery.
To my surprise I am still running, this time maintaining a straightline, with no travel-worn in my blood clotting
Suddenly I stopped, wondering what chasing me.... Then I realised the following;
When I was running in a Rotational motion, you were in the middle while I was protecting you
When I was running in a Random motion, you were around me while I was blocking all harm from coming towards you.
When I was running in a Regular motion, you were behind me while I was ushering you.
Then my intuition told me to continue running, till now I never stopped running all to be where you are!

Ambling about like a dandelion
My sight flutters, gaze not staying
Eyes not meeting yours.
My Heart skips a beat
As you vocalise how much
It means to you that I’m here.
I feel like a trickster
A phoney, donning a mask
Of an angel.
Hiding behind a virtuous shadow
My soul is but a darkened meadow.
Withering like an autumn leaf
It weighs me down,
I cower, awaiting an excuse.
No, I can hardly look into your eyes.

Undoubtedly, You!
It is always, undoubtedly, the best decision of your life until you start hearing a distant hassle coming towards you. Then, that best decision of your life begins to flicker away from it's foundation. That distant tumult invokes a fear in your mind that it'll dismantle everything and that your heart will break, yet again. You try to make things right, you put in a lot of efforts to hold onto your decision but you've already lost, lost to yourself. You lost when you gave your mind the control of yourself. You always were the best decision of my life, you will always be. Away from wrecks, and reasons, we have built a castle of our own that is strong enough to withstand unsettlements and unreasonable dilemma's of life. For every outbreak there exists an escape that brings us together, closer than ever. We have never kissed under the mistletoe but we'll still witness a forever of us. I'm never in favor of overlooking some things but it'll never mean a slightest change, or deviancy from the regularity of our togetherness. You're not a handshake that I lose amidst the constraints of my fingerprints, you're not a hug that slowly fades away and mixes with the air around me, you're not a kiss that disperse away in moments. You are the breath that I carry inside me, you are the blood my heart pumps. You are not the moisture on my lips, you are the kiss itself because just like a kiss, you too fill my heart with a magnanimous amount of love and joy. I don't carry your scent, I carry you in me. A coalescence of our souls, an effervescent suffusion of the millennium, you are the smile I am about. So on days when you feel like you're breaking, I want you to close your eyes and hear me whisper all this to you and just one more thing. You are everything I am about, you are the reason itself and yes, undoubtedly, the best decision of my life!
