THE PAINTED BLINDSPOT
Life on the other side was not what you painted it to be.
But I blindly saw the picture from your point of view.
There's nothing more, I sadly believed.
Only, lies don't stand the test of time.
The truth tore away at your designs.
Creating a hole in the canvas.
The resulting scar became a light in the darkness.
Like a caterpillar, the picture evolved before my eyes.
From a dull perspective to a vibrant looking-glass.
It is very much alive as am I.
The brave New world you tried to hide.
I can clearly see as the door is open wide.
The highs and lows you plainly leveled.
There's something beyond the blue border far ahead.
There is something more than land and sky.
There is sound and silence.
Many tears and laughter.
But apart from all that there is what you failed to see.

I have moved on
And have found my peace in a place I never thought I would
But sometimes the darkness creeps in
And I look back at what we had
It was chaotic, yes
But it was a beautiful chaos
I ask myself why I can't seal the window to those bittersweet memories
I guess I still have a soft spot for you after all

A Strange Girl lived

Sometimes the door was open
And Sometimes the door was closed.

But a soul

Hidden behind the doors hidin g from the world
Speaking the words loud yet still unheard,
Scar from one person is deeper than any war's
The eyes leaks and blood it pours,
Those two hands ruined my entire life
Killed my soul sent my dreams to afterlife,
But Oh! The respect of family is more important they tell me
Their disgusting words like massive tsunamis always overwhelms me,
Isn't that harasser the criminal and I the victim
Then why is he free and in the home I am kicked in,
Please O god punish that beast and be the crier,
Become like the great oceans and quench this never ending fire
