#Kupyansk Sector:
▪️ The AFU is developing an offensive against Russian positions near the village of #Olshany, where the 14th Mechanized Brigade was able to gain a foothold on the outskirts of the settlement.
▪️ At the same time, the Brigade's 1st Battalion advanced on the #Pershotravnevoye - #Orlyanka line to break through the Russian defences and approach #Olshany from the flank.
▪️ Formations of the AFU's 2nd Battalion of the 14th Brigade and the Kraken Nationalist Battalion managed to temporarily push the Russian troops out of the vicinity of #Kislovka and penetrate from the western edge of the settlement. However, the enemy was driven out of #Kislovka with heavy losses under fire from tank units and artillery of the Russian Forces.
▪️ The Russian Forces regained control of the front line of defence. During the fighting, more than 50 members of Ukrainian formations were eliminated and four tanks, three BMPs and three Kirpi APCs were destroyed.
▪️ On the left flank in the #Tavolzhansk sector, the AFU have taken up a defensive position and are rotating their personnel. The Ukrainian command has withdrawn its subordinate units from the #Dvurechnoye area due to a massive fire attack by Russian Forces.
▪️ An anti-aircraft missile division of the AFU´s 14th Brigade is deployed in #Dvurechnoye to protect against air attacks and to defend against Russian UAVs.
#Lyman - #Svatovo Section:
▪️ 60 men of the AFU's 118th Territorial Defence Brigade were deployed towards #Terny. Unfit personnel were evacuated to #Yampolovka. Several squads of English-speaking mercenaries were moved towards #Dibrovskoye.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in #Starobelsk Direction at 10:00 on 13 Oct 2022⚡️
#Kupyansk Section:
▪️ Ukrainian formations with the forces of the 1st and 2nd Battalions of the 14th Mechanized Brigade and the 32nd Separate Composite Battalion of the Territorial Defence attempted an assault at the #Kislovka -#Pershotravnevoye line. The 32nd´s Separate Reconnaissance Group suffered heavy losses.
▪️ Personnel of the 192nd Battalion of the 124th Territorial Defence Brigade were transferred to the combat area near #Pershotravnevoye and #Peschanoye in order to maintain combat strenghth and replace the 32nd´s fighters.
▪️ Russian forces shelled Ukrainian positions on a large scale, forcing them to retreat to #Petropavlovka to regroup.
▪️ Assault units of the Ukrainian 92nd Mechanized Brigade tried to entrench themselves near #Kotlyarovka. Artillery fire drove the Ukrainian formations back to their initial lines.
▪️ During the intense fighting, the total losses of Ukrainian formations amounted to three tanks, four BMPs, seven vehicles and over 50 personnel.
▪️ Ukrainian advanced reconnaissance groups are searching for the positions of the Russian Forces and targeting the AFU artillery on the line of #Sinkovka - #Olshany, #Orlyanka - #Kotlyarovka - #Kislovka, #Nikolaevka and #Stelmakhovka.
#Lyman - #Svatovo Section:
The AFU is concentrating units near #Torskoye in preparation for an offensive on #Kremennaya.
▪️ A combined assault grouping with the 1st Battalion of the 66th Brigade, the 110th Battalion of the 111th Division of the TPO and the 131st Battalion of the 112th Division of the TPO has been formed near #Terny. In case of a failed attack on the settlement, the Ukrainian command is ready to make another attempt. Reinforcements and reserves are being moved to #Lyman.
▪️ The AFU, using the forces of two battalion-tactical groups, tried to force the #Zherebets River and occupy the settlements of #Stelmahovka and #Rozovka. ▪️ In the #Kupyansk sector, units of the AFU´s 14th Mechanized Brigade made another unsuccessful attempt to storm the Russian Forces' position at the #Kislovka - #Kotlyarovka line. Two enemy companies came under heavy artillery fire and withdrew to their initial positions with losses.
▪️ In the vicinity of #Dvurechnoye, units of the Russian Forces counterattacked units of the 1st Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine and repulsed units of the AFU from #Gorobyevka. The enemy moved to a defensive position on a small bridgehead on the eastern bank of the #Oskol River.

The Russian Armed Forces have again struck facilities of Ukrainian energy infrastructure. During the day, targets were hit in #Zhytomyr, #Dnipropetrovsk and #Kiev regions.
#RussianFederation Territories:
▪️ Ukrainian militants shelled the villages of #Tetkino, Popovo-Lezhachi, #Guevo and #Goncharovka in #Kursk region, Mokraya Orlovka and #Glotovo in #Belgorod region, and Belaya Berezka in #Bryansk region.
Russian air defence intercepted targets near #Belgorod.

At noon, the Russian Forces again struck critical infrastructure facilities in #Ukraine. Several targets were hit, including Ladyzhinskaya TPP in #Vinnitsa and Burshtynskaya TPP in the Ivano-Frankovsk region.
Due to the systematic fire, the Ukrainian powery system is losing resilience. Authorities have planned a temporary power outage across the country on 20 October.
#RussianFederation Territories:
▪️ During the day, Ukrainian militants shelled #Belgorod, shells fell on one of the infrastructure facilities and caused no serious damage. Also AFU hit the town of #Shebekino in #Belgorod region. Two civilians were seriously wounded.
#Starobelsk Direction (MAP):
▪️ In the #Kupyansk area, the AFU with the forces of the 14th Mechanized Brigade and the 233rd Battalion of the 128th Territorial Defence Brigade are trying to gain a foothold in #Kislovka. The enemy's Territorial Defense units have suffered significant losses.
▪️ The Ukrainian command expects an active offensive by the Russian Forces on the #Sinovka - #Zagoruykovka line from the direction of #Gorobyevka. Engineers of the 14th Mechanized Brigade of the AFU have mined the approaches to the settlements, and several tanks have been sent to #Sinkovka.
▪️ In the #Lyman - #Svatovo Sector the AFU still continue to gather resources for an offensive on #Svatovo and #Kremennaya.
▪️ A mobile sabotage group is operating on the #Terny - #Nevskoye line to "probe" the Russian defences. Its main task is to direct artillery and MLRS at Russian facilities in the rear area.
▪️ The AFU attempt to cross the #Zherebets River near #Makeevka in small groups. Soldiers of the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division of the Russian Forces foiled all enemy attempts to establish a bridgehead and also shot down an Ukrainian attack helicopter.
#Soledar Direction (MAP):
▪️ Formations of the 54th AFU Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade attempted to retake the territory of an asphalt plant. Wagner PMC fighters repulsed the attack and Ukrainian troops suffered heavy losses.
▪️ Due to the threat of a defensive breakthrough by Wagner PMC assault troops, the enemy command moved units of the 53rd Mechanized Brigade into the city and to the south of #Andreevka.
▪️ AFU units continue to arrive in Chasov Yar. By 25 October, the Ukrainian command plans to deploy a grouping of around 10,000 troops in that direction.
#Lugansk Region:
▪️ Ukrainian militants have launched a HIMARS MLRS strike on #Popasna.
#Donetsk Direction:
▪️ There are no significant changes in the front line near #Donetsk. DPR troops are fighting near #Donetsk airport, defeating enemy SRGs trying to penetrate advanced Russian positions.
▪️ Ukrainian militants again shelled #Donetsk, #Yasynuvata, #Makeevka, #Yelenovka and other settlements in the #Donetsk agglomeration.
#Zaporozhye Direction:
▪️ In the early hours of the morning, Ukrainian HIMARS missiles attacked the city administration building of #Energodar.
#Nikolaev - #Berislav Direction on Southern Front (MAP):
▪️ In the #Berislav section, AFU forces with assault groups of 128th Mountain Assault Brigade, 60th Infantry Brigade, 28th Mechanized Brigade and 17th Tank Brigade launched an offensive on the Russian positions near #Sukhanovo and #Polyanka.
▪️ Russian Forces repulsed the attack, the Ukrainian formations lost more than 10 pieces of equipment. Russian servicemen captured a group of Ukrainian fighters and seized several trophy armoured vehicles.

#Kupyansk Sector:
▪️There are no significant changes on the frontline. The command of the 14th Mechanized Brigade has rotated personnel. Formations of the Brigade are now preparing for an offensive against the positions of the Russian Forces in the direction of #Kislovka.
#Svatovo Sector:
▪️The AFU with a combined battalion and tactical group attempted an attack on the Russian positions near #Kuzemovka from the direction of #Peschanoye. Russian Forces repulsed the attack and destroyed one tank and three APCs.
#Lyman Sector:
▪️Assault groups of the 66th Mechanized AFU Brigade, supported by artillery, attacked the strongholds of Russian Forces near #Nevskoye.
During the fighting, the command of the Ukrainian unit moved a reserve of tanks to break through the Russian defences. However, the attack was repulsed and the forces of the 66th Mechanized Brigade retreated to their initial positions. As a result, the Russian Forces destroyed three tanks, two BMPs, one APC and three pickups of the AFU.
▪️ The Russian Forces' barrel and rocket artillery shell the AFU's forward positions in the #Borovaya area. For this reason, some of the personnel of the 64th Battalion of the 103rd Brigade of the AFU Territorial Defence have been withdrawn to the reserve lines.
▪️A unit of the AFU´s 71st Jager Brigade was deployed to reinforce the defence along the #Zherebets River and to carry out an assault on the #Raygorodka - #Kovalevka line.
▪️ In the vicinity of #Lyman and #Zarechnoye, the formation of a combined assault group of troops continues. A tank company was moved to the area of the settlements.
#Lysychansk Sector:
▪️After several unsuccessful attempts to storm the Russian positions in the direction of #Belogorovka, the AFU command is redeploying its units. Minefields were laid near #Serebryanka.

▪️Assault groups of the 66th Mechanized AFU Brigade, supported by artillery, attacked the strongholds of Russian Forces near #Nevskoye.
During the fighting, the command of the Ukrainian unit moved a reserve of tanks to break through the Russian defences. However, the attack was repulsed and the forces of the 66th Mechanized Brigade retreated to their initial positions. As a result, the Russian Forces destroyed three tanks, two BMPs, one APC and three pickups of the AFU.
▪️ The Russian Forces' barrel and rocket artillery shell the AFU's forward positions in the #Borovaya area. For this reason, some of the personnel of the 64th Battalion of the 103rd Brigade of the AFU Territorial Defence have been withdrawn to the reserve lines.
▪️A unit of the AFU´s 71st Jager Brigade was deployed to reinforce the defence along the #Zherebets River and to carry out an assault on the #Raygorodka - #Kovalevka line.
▪️ In the vicinity of #Lyman and #Zarechnoye, the formation of a combined assault group of troops continues. A tank company was moved to the area of the settlements.
#Lysychansk Sector:
▪️After several unsuccessful attempts to storm the Russian positions in the direction of #Belogorovka, the AFU command is redeploying its units. Minefields were laid near #Serebryanka.

▪️ An Ukrainian SRG of the 71st Jager Brigade, which crossed the #Zherebets River the day before, is operating in the #Kolomiychikha - #Kuzemovka area.

➖ An AFU assault group launched an attack from the direction of #Berestovoye on #Nevelskoye. The Russian forces carried out preemptive strikes against the enemies, forcing them to retreat to their initial positions with losses.
▪️ In the Lyman sector, assault groups of the 66th Mechanized AFU Brigade attacked the Russian positions in the direction of #Makeevka and #Chervonopopovka. The Russian forces repulsed the attack and the enemy withdrew.
