Police officer: "You've been stabbed. Where about, mate? I don't think you have."
The Polish-British boy says multiple times on video that he has just been stabbed. He also says, "I can't breathe."
The police heartlessly handcuff the dying boy despite his pleas.
Meanwhile, Nowak's murderer, Vickrum Digwa, can be heard calling him "a racist."
